Alright, folks, Donkey and I decided to explore New Bahru Shopping Centre during our cycling adventure. Donkey has seen it on social media and heard it was a hot spot in Singapore, and we were excited to check it out. The Good: • The Building: The shopping centre itself is housed in a beautifully renovated old building - it looks like a former primary school! We loved the unique charm and character. It’s a multi-level space with shops on levels 1-5, though not all of them are open yet. The layout of the shops is also very different from a typical shopping centre, which we loved. It felt more spacious and less crowded, even though the place was busy. • The Fragrance Shop: We were completely enchanted by the fragrance selection in this particular shop, and we were so excited to discover it. I loves aromatherapy and uses scents to create a lovely atmosphere wherever I goes and Donkey loves it. The prices were very reasonable, and we plan to revisit this shop after I use up my current fragrance. • The Staff: We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member named Jessly, who patiently explained everything to me about the different fragrances and aromatherapy products. • The Purchases: We ended up purchasing the Gaea Solar Defence SPF 50+ UVA/UVB Protection (60ml) and the Solace Bedtime Mist. We're excited to try out these new products. I can't wait to use the Solace Bedtime Mist to create a relaxing atmosphere in my room, and we think the Gaea Solar Defence will be perfect for our outdoor adventures. The Quirks: • Nothing really stood out as a “quirk” in this review. Donkey’s Note: The fragrance shop was amazing! I can’t wait to go back. Gloria you’re such a gem! She gave us tips on how to explore New Bahru, gave a spare bag since I was carrying a bunch of items for my purchase, and a free sample too! Patient to explain and let me try many items. Warm, genuine, had good product knowledge, and even gave us tibits. She answered all the questions so well. Gave us tips to save $ too.🥺 Omno you’re lucky to have her! There was a new scent with lychee(?) and musk and it’s heavenly! I hope there’s a diffuser/sunscreen with that new scent too! Wished there’s shampoo was catered for dry coloured hair, seems like the core focus is on hair loss!

Update: Received a response from the team slightly later than expected but got a proper apology and reason. They promptly provided a solution (an exchange) and tried to make it as easy as possible for me. Thank you for that. Received a bottle of body wash via courier but it was only 75% full. Either mine was a mistake or it really doesn't justify the price. Reached out to their email and didn't get a response at all. Quite disappointing, given my friends had been purchasing from them religiously and had rave reviews. They're also moving away.

I purchased the Omno Gaea Bedtime Mist two weeks ago, intending to give it as a gift. However, when I took it out of my bag today, I noticed the mist had leaked into my bag. The leaking has caused some of the paint on the bottle to dissolve too

Kinda pricey BUT the fragrances are soooooo good. The gaea one really stole my heart. But unfortunately gaea is not available for the cleanser :(
