Despite the appealing modern aesthetics and view, this hotel does not provide sufficient value for its cost, and certainly does not meet the expectations of a comfortable or welcoming stay. Do not recommend, will not come back to this hotel.
The hotel staff was quite young and inexperienced, providing very little guidance or assistance. The front desk team definitely requires additional training to improve problem-solving skills and hospitality, most of the check in you need to do on your own, they do not accommodate your needs and their level of English proficiency is limited, this is not the case in other hotels in Tokyo, which are definitely more professional.
Our room was compact. The sink was oddly placed within the room itself, not in a proper bathroom. Although the room had pleasant decor and good views, it was far too small for comfort. The safe provided was extremely tiny—unable even to accommodate a small, slim MacBook. There were no complimentary water bottles in our fridge, also odd for Japanese standards.
Additionally, we attempted to arrange luggage delivery service to another hotel near the Tokyo airport for the following day. However, the receptionist informed us this service could only be reserved until 11:00 PM, and since it was already 11:15 PM, he refused to accommodate our request, showing absolutely no flexibility. Moreover, he showed us instructions in Japanese instead of English, which added to our frustration.
Overall, considering the level of service, lack of flexibility, and the small room size, the price-performance ratio was disappointing.
