The food served so fast, there is no long wait in this restaurant! The food taste is good, you should try if you are seeking for Thai taste, the tomyam however is very sour but for my husband it’s just perfect. We also ordered the pineapple fried rice, loved it! This restaurant nailed it! If you are looking for a quick dinner after your tour day, you should try this restaurant. Some are scared of spicy, but you can tell the waitress for the level of spiciness.. Oh they only accept cash at the moment, so be prepared, meal cost per item php300 to php400.. Photos are for your reference..

Leaning to 4 stars. But since the service and the atmosphere was great, I’ll give it a 5. I ordered their vegetables spring rolls and chicken pad Thai. Both so-so. It has taste, yes but their spring roll doesn’t have much vegetables instead it has glass noodles. It has good taste and great fry though. Their pad Thai seems to lack authentic Thai flavors. I understand that it may be difficult to get much ingredients in the island. Could be better. And oh, they have very generous servings! Wow. First time for me in this island. IYKYK. Service was superb and there was no wait for me as I ate there in a Tuesday lunch time. Will try other dishes if given the chance.

We dined here while staying in Coron, and the food was amazing — the service matched it perfectly. We shared spring rolls to start, which were the biggest we’ve seen anywhere in Southeast Asia so far! For mains, we had the Penang curry and cashew chicken. The portions were generous, and we left feeling very full and satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Really disappointing meal here. Considering this place is alot pricier than other restaurants in the area, I was really disappointed with the quality of the penang chicken curry I ordered. The chicken was terrible quality- overcooked, hard and chewy, and bad cuts of meat. After informing the waitress that the meal was not good when she asked how we enjoyed the meal, nothing was done. Considering the price, there are definitely better quality restaurant to eat in. The musician was lovely however, and created a nice atmosphere

The food at Om’s Thai was okay.. it had enough flavour, and there wasn’t really anything wrong with the taste itself. However, the portions were noticeably small. It feels like they deliberately keep the serving sizes low so that you end up ordering more and more. What really put me off was how reluctant they were to offer even a little extra rice. In the Philippines, rice doesn’t cost much (₱10–₱20 maybe?), and compared to what customers already spend here.. usually over ₱1,500 per bill.. adding a bit more rice to satisfy a paying customer shouldn’t be a big deal. But they just don’t do it. It comes across as unnecessarily greedy. If you’re a rice eater, the portions definitely won’t satisfy you. Overall, it’s not worth the price for what you get.

One of the restaurants you can find in Coron Proper. It's beside the main road. We ate lunch here during peak hours but we still had no problem getting a table inside the restaurant. We originally wanted to eat dinner here the day before but there was a queue outside the restaurant so we just decided to come back the following day. There are a lot of options to choose from. The main dishes are good for two. There is one server on the floor and a cashier. They seem to be busy that guests on the floor need to loudly call their attention when asking for help. I noticed also that they are overly friendly with the foreigners but were casual with the local customers. It is disconcerting when locals behave this way. They accept cash as payment. The food's taste was good, especially the chicken basil. The Thai milk tea was satisfying too. People usually just walk here as there is no parking for cars in front of the restaurant. However, motorcycles have some space in front but avoid this as you will be blocking the sidewalk for pedestrians.

So happy to see a resto with vegetarian options… and it delivers to my expectations. Food was good and delicious and it was fast. Staff were friendly and service was good. Definitely a must try when in Coron.

The rice plate says its for 2 people to share, anyway we ordered the beef and still it wasn’t enough for 2 people, we had to add some rice. The food was good, just not for 2 people as it says on the menu
