⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently hosted a birthday party at On The Rocks in Millersville, and it was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. The owners were absolutely incredible — attentive the entire time and genuinely invested in making the celebration special. They went above and beyond to personalize the event, even helping us display a slideshow on the television screens, which added such a meaningful and fun touch for our guests. The food was fantastic and consistently replenished throughout the party — no one ever felt like they were waiting or missing out. And the drinks? On point all night long. 🍸👏 What really stood out was how hands-on and accommodating they were. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in making events seamless and memorable. If you’re looking for a place to host a birthday, celebration, or private gathering in the Millersville area, I highly recommend On The Rocks. We felt completely taken care of and were able to relax and enjoy every moment. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🥂

Brother had his wife's SURPRISE 60th "Denim & Diamonds" Birthday Happy Hour at On The Rocks (Millersville). Great time had by all. Staff was Awesome, Food was great, Special Birthday Cocktail made. We were allowed to decorate and it was PERFECT!

Tonight a gentleman by the name of AC left a review. Let me be the bigger person & apologize that you had a terrible experience at On The Rocks. As anyone who knows me knows I pride myself in great (let me say excellent customer service) known for my smile & joking manner. I would never disrespect Carlos as we joke all the time, & we all work together as a TEAM. I will conduct myself in a more professional manner so that you feel more comfortable the next time you may visit OTR & I am working. As I believe your drink was made correctly & well made & your wings were given to you in a timely manner. I apologize your guest wings did not come out before yours. There is NO bullying at the establishment as again we work collectively effectively & positively to ensure that each customer gets what they requested, & ordered, covering each other & stepping in where needed. Each bartender provides a different experience & again I'll apologize that your experience was not up to your liking. There were NO other complaints tonight & a great time was had on a "Chill Friday". Unlimited laughs, jokes, top of the line drinks, delicious eats, great music, & a chill atmosphere! I am a regular customer here. My friends and I love this place!! I decided to throw a 90s themed Karaoke party for my 40th, so I rented the place out. We had a time!💃🏾 Vero, is a manager there. She walked me through everything and gave me my options. She’s always very sweet and accommodating. Angel kept the drinks flowing and the assistant who brought the food out was also helpful. If you’re looking for an affordable adult place to have fun or to throw an event consider On the Rocks!!! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I rented this place for a surprise party and when I tell you they didn’t disappoint, I mean they were EXCEPTIONAL! Vero kept in constant contact with me from beginning to end. She made me feel like a family member with her kindness. Even her daughter came in on the day of the party and helped set up the slide show! Jimmy worked so hard to make it perfect and it was also his birthday!! Our bartenders, Angel and Tiffany were phenomenal, not just with drinks but personality too! Angel even came in early to help us set up! The staff at On The Rocks made it so easy that everyone, myself included was able to relax and enjoy the night. Oh and did I mention the food?! Delicious!!! HUGE thank you to everyone at On The Rocks. I highly recommend using them for private events and plan to make this my new “go to” spot for unwinding with good food, good drinks and great vibes!

I absolutely love vero , frankie and jimmy , all so king and helpful , food was absolutely phenomenal, the shrimp was my fav , can’t wait to come back . Atmosphere was super welcoming and chill here !!!

Needless to say ... you go for the drinks and stay for the food, music, and top quality customer service 🤫don't tell too many ppl, but Im planning to attend a taco Tuesday & karaoke Wednesday event more often.

Just made my last delivery for the night next door at A-1. Had to come back and finally check this place out. And it was ladies night! Fresh made ($5) watermelon margarita and a cheesesteak with fries served up piping hot! Also, it's karaoke night. Not a bad way to end my night. Come check this place out! It gives off a great vibe.
