"How did it strike you on arrival?The vast and slightly sparse reception feels slightly space-age, with its pod-like chairs, chrome accents and coloured ceiling lighting in an elliptical pattern reminiscent of, um, corn circles. The effect is strangely soothing though. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Baby boomer couples, medical tourists (there's a private hospital in the same building), business travelers. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Urban Suite - spacious enough that the massive 65-inch TV didn't look out of place. Save for a couple of smallish pieces of art, the walls were bare, the interiors were clutter-free and everything was soothing grey and cream. Ommmmmmm. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Got a fantastic night's sleep, mattress was firm and sheets were Frette. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?The Herman Miller chair in the work corner was a classy touch. Mini-bar was complimentary but had the ubiquitous selection of potato chips, chocolate bar etc. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.The water pressure and temperature stability could be better, but the bathroom was spacious and the products included everything from mouthwash to luxurious Natura Bisse bath toiletries. Great anti-fog mirrors! Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Fast and free. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.Free use of some the on-site spa's facilities. 165-foot-long pool. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay?Memorable: A fab sleep and being walking distance from the bustling Little India area and all its authentic restaurants. Bottom line: worth it, and why?What you get here is a plush experience at a decent price in expensive Singapore. Attended a wedding banquet at Farrer Hotel on June 28. Ambience: The ballroom was beautifully furnished, featuring a lovely greyish-green curtain that added a touch of elegance. The chandeliers were clean and quite spectacular, contributing to the overall aesthetic. I particularly appreciated the cosy lighting and colour scheme, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, it was disappointing to notice an unpleasant smell in the lobby after dinner, likely due to the air conditioning shutting off. Addressing this issue could significantly enhance the guest experience. Image: There seems to be some room for improvement in staff uniforms. The design, including the collar unbuttoned and the absence of socks for female staff, might benefit from a more polished appearance. Additionally, I observed that some staff members wore gloves while others did not, which could lead to inconsistency in presentation. Service: The service was generally good but could use some refinement. It would enhance the dining experience if staff members checked with guests before clearing their plates, and used the correct hospitality verbiage, allowing for a more attentive and courteous service style. Food: The food was good, and while it met expectations, there’s potential for improvement in terms of flavour and presentation as it was served at the side station Overall, Farrer Hotel has a lot of potential, but some adjustments in these areas could take future events to the next level.

This is the first time I am staying at One Farrar but it won’t be the last time. |From the moment I entered the hotel, exhausted from my long trip, everything was made easy for me. The staff are kind and caring. Vasan and Param went out of their way to make sure everything in my room was perfect. I so much appreciated their attention to my well being just having arrived from a long journey and in great need of rest. The bed was very comfortable and the room super quiet. |The breakfast was yummy and the location is excellent, in an interesting area with lots of good vegetarian restaurants and green spaces, and the hotel pool is huge! Great for lap swimming.|5 stars One Farrar. See you on my way home :)

Amazing sleep in their super comfortable bed! The bath is heavenly as is the rain head shower! ||The staff are friendly, efficient and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. We come here for staycations often and will be returning many more times!

Had our wedding luncheon and 2-night Bridal Suite stay at One Farrer Hotel under the solemnization package and it was remarkable. The food served was delicious as well with a neat representation. Skyline lounge is cozy and the food is ok. The staff were accommodating to our requests. A special thanks to Harry for coordinating and advice leading up to the special day! Last but not least, also to the staffs that were present on the actual day and ready to support any kind of unexpected requests. Made the day less stressful and more enjoyable.

We had two one week stays at One Farrer hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient location above an MRT station and opposite a large mall. The highlight is the staff, everyone is super friendly and we felt like many staff members went the extra mile for us. Special thanks to Malik who would often greet us in the sky lounge, and be very helpful and accommodating of us even when our 8 month old kept throwing food all over the floor!

We were welcome at the reception by Naren/Dana . They were all smiles and willing to assist when we asked for early check-in.. The room given is spacious and clean. We love the pool, especially the jacuzzi and hot pool. This is our 2nd overnight stay at the hotel. The breakfast spread has a variety of different cuisine. We had a great overall experience. Will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work and service.
