"How did it strike you on arrival?The vast and slightly sparse reception feels slightly space-age, with its pod-like chairs, chrome accents and coloured ceiling lighting in an elliptical pattern reminiscent of, um, corn circles. The effect is strangely soothing though. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Baby boomer couples, medical tourists (there's a private hospital in the same building), business travelers. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Urban Suite - spacious enough that the massive 65-inch TV didn't look out of place. Save for a couple of smallish pieces of art, the walls were bare, the interiors were clutter-free and everything was soothing grey and cream. Ommmmmmm. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Got a fantastic night's sleep, mattress was firm and sheets were Frette. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase?The Herman Miller chair in the work corner was a classy touch. Mini-bar was complimentary but had the ubiquitous selection of potato chips, chocolate bar etc. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down.The water pressure and temperature stability could be better, but the bathroom was spacious and the products included everything from mouthwash to luxurious Natura Bisse bath toiletries. Great anti-fog mirrors! Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word?Fast and free. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.Free use of some the on-site spa's facilities. 165-foot-long pool. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay?Memorable: A fab sleep and being walking distance from the bustling Little India area and all its authentic restaurants. Bottom line: worth it, and why?What you get here is a plush experience at a decent price in expensive Singapore. I recently held my wedding lunch banquet at One Farrer Hotel, and I can’t wait to share how amazing the whole experience was. Our wedding coordinator Harry has been incredibly responsive and helpful since our first meeting last year. While many hotels might not entertain couples too early, Harry was patient, fast in replying, and always eager to help. From décor, flowers, food service, to room arrangements, he went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Su Wan, our banquet manager, was another key person who made our day perfect. She guided us through every detail, even down to positioning chairs so we could have the best view during our same-day edit video. Her attention to detail made everything seamless. At the concierge, Nasan greeted us with a smile every time, even when we came repeatedly to store our wedding items. His professionalism and assurance gave us full confidence that everything would reach where it needed to be — and it did. Special mention to Malek from the Sky Lounge, who went out of his way to reopen the buffet after hours for us. That gesture really touched us. One Farrer is not just a beautiful venue but a place filled with amazing people who genuinely care. Highly recommended for weddings, events, or even a staycation.

Hotel staff Suman and Devi were so welcoming from the start and they even upgraded our room for my wedding event. It was super nice of them. I had the best stay ever there. My room was clean and beyond expectations. The city view from my room was super wide and clear. Toilet was huge and it was super comfortable.|Not to forget, the bellboy staff was super helpful and patience enough while helping my parents with loading and unloading our items.|Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

We had celebrated the wedding in the One Farrer Hotel. Our wedding ceremony is the amazing experience. |Harry who is the manager at the hotel. He is always helpful and helped us to arrange the wedding for the whole 7 months. Appreciated Harry! |The hotel is amazing as their packages is awesome and food is delicious. We have got two nights for amazing City View Room.|Every staff members are awesome at OFH|Thanks to Banquet assistant Manager, Arjunan who managed well on food and beverages for our guests along with One Farrer Hotel Banquet Team.

Our stay at One Farrer Hotel was an absolute delight. Exceeding all our expetations! The front desk team especially Param and Eugene Param’s supervisor surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a Loft Apartment. The extra space was wonderful and comfortable. Thank you One Farrer Hotel Making our routine checkups more special. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed a great stay here on my honeymoon last year. We received an upgrade on our room and were surprised with a cake on arrival. Staff were helpful throughout, especially Devi at reception. The breakfast could have been a little better/ had more variety but the overall stay was good value for money.

This is the rudest Hotel Duty Manager I’ve ever encountered as well as her fellow concierge staff. On the 1st November 2025, was there happily to pick up my spouse from a company event. While waiting at the lobby a loud knock from my car window it was the hotel concierge informing me that I’ve block the drive way and to move off. Immediately I start my engine and wanted to move off. Before doing so I told the concierge next time he could wave and not knock. His respond was “please go”. Respect is mutual, u don’t respect we don’t respect. Honestly I should have just ignore him but I couldn’t take how he just brush me off and used the word please go. I ask for his name and next thing he told me I can go and see for myself. A hotel image starts from the basic, staff like this tarnish and bring down the hotel name. I drove to aside and decided to speak to the duty manager. Kelsie was the duty manager I spoke to. Her approach was even unexpected. It was as if I’m the one that is giving them issue. I told her I’m here to feedback on an issue. Her respond to me was you’ve done so you may leave and called the security to attend to me. Wow! This is the first time I encountered such terrible service. I may not be the guest directly from the hotel but that is not the way to handle a complain. Nevertheless security Affandi was polite enough and understanding enough to hear the whole issue and apologise on their behalf. It really a disgrace for a security officer to understand that not the way to speak. Will never ever host any company event with the this hotel ever. Will definitely get all my contact that is partnering with this hotel to reconsider their partnership in future.
