One Fattened Calf Burgers

Been wanting to try this since forever and was finally in the area. Beef patty is tasty, and had a nice charred side. The potato buns were of really good quality and didn’t make the burger feel oily or too much. The onion and pickles pulled all the flavours together (honestly their house made pickles were surprisingly good and fit the burger perfectly). Tator tots were crispy but not greasy. I got the butterburger because I’m a big fan of butter and it went well with the bun and burger. Size of burger was perfect. Love food establishments that obviously put a lot of thought into their food so that it is of high quality and tastes awesome. It may be pricey for a burger but I think you can’t compare this quality to fast food burgers, so I think it’s worth the price. Service staff were friendly and helpful! Was a good meal, will come back for sure!

Went for lunch as we heard raving reviews of this place and we were definitely not disappointed. The burgers were flavourful and juicy, the sauces were on point and the buns were fluffy. Even the packaging of the burgers were thoughtfully designed and left my hands clean from start to finish. The sides were great too, we had cheese fries and the truffle tater tots. The amount of cheese given was perfect and not stingy at all (some places give only a tiny bit). As for the tater tots, while the taste of the truffle was not considered strong there a light hint which was sufficient enough for us. The best part was also that it was not even oily! Unfortunately there is just one point which I have to highlight (for safety) and also the reason why I dropped one star - actually half a star would suffice but apologies it does not allow for that. While I was enjoying the cheese fries, there was one fry that hit me. And instead of hitting me with flavour, it hit me like a garbage truck - because that one particular fry for some reason tasted rancid like stinky tofu. I had my doubts but once I spit it out and rinsed my mouth with the lemon slushy, my doubts were as clear as the days after the rain. It was the fry, I even sniffed it later to be sure and even the spit out bits had the smell of garbage. To be fair to the team, it was only that one single fry (which I caught quite early on - was probably one of my first 5 fries) and the rest of the meal was spectacular. No malice in pointing it out, but good to take note or figure out what the reason for that was. I spit it out rather quickly as we are supposed to be flying off tomorrow and couldn’t risk any issues, and hopefully it should be fine. Other than that, I must say the staff were also great. They were polite and friendly, and some even went the extra mile to help us dispose of our rubbish when we were already standing up to head to the rubbish bin. Much appreciated! Also, I know the team does read the reviews and follow up with that is said - I read a review which pointed out that the paper straws go soft in the slushie and saw the response that plastic straws would be better. And today we were there, plastic straws! Great job to the team for this. Overall a great experience, minus the rancid fry (which I also included in the pictures) but understand that mistakes are part and parcel, and this may just well be a one off issue. Keep it up! We will very likely be back for the otherwise great food and tip top service ☺️

This is a small restaurant that serves good burgers. The seating are quite limited - about 20ish - and is quite packed during weekday lunch hours. Their butter burger is not available for takeaway and since 来都来了 I ordered it. Thought it will be quite gelat but actually was quite juicy and paired quite well with the onions and pickles; worth a try if you are eating in. Their cheese fries is on the slightly saltier side so their normal fries is good enough. Worth a try but the cost is on the higher end.

What a BURGER! 🍔 I had their cheeseburger. The patty is seasoned perfectly and charred just right for that subtly smoky slightly crusty patty. The amount of sauce and relish was also balanced and on point. Their pickles, delightful. Raw onions, fresh. Their caramalized onion sweet! Their fries are also fried so well. It's a thick cut style that I love, because its golden crispy on the outside while almost creamy on the inside. They also serve a golden lime slushie that pairs really well with the main and side. However, the place was a bit too chilly for me, so the slushie was too cold for me haha. I'm also extremely impressed by the warmth of the staff and they even initiated to order a well done burger for my pregnant wife which speaks miles about their heart to serve! Thank you for such a delightful meal! My wife and I loved it!!!

I’m not really a burger person, but I actually find the burgers here great! One reason I usually avoid burgers is that they tend to fall apart and get really messy. However, the burgers here are well packed, and the staff even show you the proper way to unwrap and eat them, which makes the experience much neater and more enjoyable. The beef aroma is strong and delicious, and the sauces go perfectly with it. The bun is another plus — it’s soft and slightly juicy, unlike many others that are too dry or thick. Both the seaweed fries and cheese fries are tasty, especially the cheesy fries — definitely a standout! Highly recommended!

This is my first time trying the food here. Personally, it is an experiential dining for me and that it’s unlikely I will go back again unless I’m famish. The bun and beef patty are superb with the former soft and sweet, while the latter having crispy texture and juicy. I regretted ordering cheesy fries as I find it overwhelmingly loading for me.
