One Manalo Place

I’ve always found one manalo to be a nice hotel offering comfort with exceptional service. You can see a previous review I left. |This time something wasn’t quite right, the greeting at the front desk was ok no interest really the room was very good and the bed so big and comfy. ||The breakfast was poor, but he cereal was mainly crumbs the isda was empty along with sausages. These were filled back up but by that point I’d eaten toast and wasn’t hungry anymore. The boy on service needs training he was playing on his phone most of the time. ||It feels like new management or something because it isn’t anywhere near the previous standards.

Absolutely loved this hotel! All the staff were so sweet and even they offer us early check in for free! It was super nice offer after long flight. They helped us every matter like tour cancelled, reservation for restaurants and massage shop. Pool and gym were so comfortable, not crowded at all. Room was big enough, shower was okay, air-conditioner was well worked! One thing we could say is that breakfast takes so long, so keep in your mind that you should calculate 30 minutes more for breakfast so that you don't be late for picking up from tour. We asked them to cut mango which we bought in supermarkets, they cut super professional! It was a great idea to ask them! We loved this hotel! Definitely I'll choose here again to come back ;)

Hotel has a pretty entrance, lobby and pool area. Gym is also OK. The disappointing rating comes from the pool having murky water, so we didn't enjoy the pool. And bed-side table didn't work and when switching on the other fluorescent lights we had 20 flying ants in the room. They should uninstall those lights. We also emailed the hotel to book a tour in advance and they never replied. We got a free shuttle back to the airport.

Stayed here Dec 2022. Rooms were clean and front desk staff were excellent. Some of the negative reviews seem older and I have a feeling they have improved since then. Gym was a big plus for me, as there was a good selection of weights and machines. Definitely enough to get a decent work out in. Small negative was the AC can get a bit loud, but this did not bother myself or my partner. There are also some business' close by that generate noise but again, this didn't affect us personally. Overall a great stay for the price.

Should be zero!!! This hotel is still being advertised online and when we arrived in Puerto Princessa after booking on Expedia, the hotel security said the resort has been closed for 2 years!!! DO NOT BOOK STAY HERE...IT'S A SCAM. Will settle this once we are back home!!!

The Taal volcano eruption sure put a damper on my travel plans. So I get online to see what hotels are available the next few days. This place was clean, nice, affordable, and close to the airport.|| Because of my travel mishaps, I tried to check in way earlier than the usual check in time. But luckily, they had a room available for me, so I was able to rest. I was exhausted, so I'm SO grateful they let me check in early.|| The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and quiet (with the exception of hearing dogs barking, cats fighting, and roosters crowing, but that was in the early morning hours, and further away.) There is a fridge and safe. Love to keep those bottled waters cold!|| The courtyard as you enter has a bar/club, karaoke place you can rent a singing room for 220P/hour, or get a Thai massage.|| These businesses added to the atmosphere of the hotel, I I really didn't think the music from the club was that loud at all.|| The pool is lovely, but you can ask anyone for pool towels and they'll bring them out to you.|| I LOVED the gym! And it's not one of this cheesy gyms most hotels have, this one is actually for people who workout! It has a punching bag, speed punching bag, free weights, cardio machines, weight machines, etc.|| The restaurant adjoining has breakfast every morning, and you can eat throughout the day. It's good food, but never crowded.|| Getting around was fine. I'd hail a tricycle just like a cab, and a ride anywhere should cost you $1-3. Make sure you negotiate ahead of time.|| I booked a day tour on here (trip advisor) and because it's a well known hotel close to the airport, transportation was not a problem.|| I scheduled a van to the airport (complimentary), early morning, and as I checked out, the front desk person said with a big smile as I came down in the door, "We packed a breakfast for you!" WOW!! That was nice, and totally made my morning as I set out to attempt to fly out again for the 3rd time. It was a yummy scrambled egg sandwich on white (but tasted more like a sliced King's Hawaiian white.)|| The location, atmosphere, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms and facilities are why this hotel is so great. I'd definitely stay here again!!

The Hotel and Its amenities are Really beautiful. The cleanliness was ok, the Service was friendly and the Breakfast is ok. Unfortunately the Windows of our room had a big gap that could Not be closed. Therefore We had a lot mosquitos in our room. Furthermore the Location is Not that Good. A Footwalk to town is far. A real minus was the Transfer (Puerto Princesa to El Nido) we booked with them. The Driver picked us up and we Drove more than 2 Hours through Puerto Princesa before Starting the remaining 7 Hour Trip.

Very nice location and near some good restos. Friendly staff during our stay there. Loved the gym! Clean room . Breakfast buffet can be improved though but still 5 stars for me.
