Stopped here for drinks because I liked the name. The decor is eclectic and cozy. The staff were friendly and when I asked for a hot toddy, they weren't familiar but figured out a cocktail that was similar. And it was delicious. I tried another recommended gin cocktail - also good. The food looked good from what I saw others were having. It wasn't too busy when I was there around mid day.

According to some urban legends, the best Bloody Mary ones can get in Sofia is prepared right in this place, so I came to check it out. The mix included half jalapeno grilled on charcoal - try to beat that! Located deadly central, the bar has a lovely terrace, shaded by a wall literally packed in ivy, decorated with good taste and humor. Flawless service. The bruschette with mushrooms and garlic were crispy and savoury. Spinach salad with poached egg, cucumber and sesame seeds was another hit. The star of the lunch was the beef sandwich, topped with melted cheese. However, the thing that impressed me the most, in a positive way, was the Bloody Mary. If I will ever visit Sofia again, this Bloody Mary is on the ”must do” list already.

One of the best bars in Sofia with perfect location on one of my favourites streets- Shishman. The bar is with nice atmosphere. It’s good for coffee with a friend or for a business meeting. But for me it’s perfect for the evening. They have wonderful cocktails which I love! Also different alcoholic beverages from a high class. For the staff I have mix feelings. Sometimes the service is very good- professional, sometimes not. Depends of the night and the personal.

I've been there a couple of times and I can say the food and drinks are good, the place itself is very nice as well. However the people working there are a mixed bag, the first time I went there I was inclined to give them a 5. However after I went there a second time my experience was quite bad. The waiter was cold and was a bit impatient. We got over it, after all everyone has bad days. But then the barman inside was just as cold for something small like asking where the restroom is. They also didn't clean the ashtrays from previous customers. I'd still recommend the place, we really had a good time there, but a smile goes a long way.

Very clean very neat and helpfull staff. You can spend hours here without any excessive noise and disturbances. Beer choices a bit low but on other hand cocktail and spirit drink alternatives are larger. It is kind of secluded garden.
