We chose this hotel because it is walking distance to the airport, reviews seemed okay, and there is an outdoor pool. And that is the only pluses to this place. When we book we often do 2 beds because the rooms are larger. This room has 2 twin beds. It has a slab for a desk, luggage holder or whatever. One black and white wall poster and a plastic desk chair. It is absolutely bare bones. It has an extremely small tv in the corner with very few channels and no option to access the menu to change the language for any show. We didn’t hear any noise from the room beside us but the construction in the lobby was loud until 6 pm. Then we appreciated not hearing it. We did use the patio around the pool but it wasn’t very clean. The pool was clean and unheated. We wouldn’t likely stay in a One Hotel again

When you're married its a compromise. So, we agreed I chose our accommodations. The first time we came to PVR the ground transpiration sellers almost got into a fight over our business. My wife is fluent in Spanish - it did not help! I didn't want to go through that circus again so I picked this place. Just for fun I asked one of the timeshare appointment scammers he said it was hours away - how do they sleep at night? Hint: Walk outside make a right and follow the cars and you'll see the blue hotel in the western sky. There is a sidewalk to the place and we had a carry on and one big check-in luggage. We worked up a sweat walking to the hotel, but it was worth it not have to deal with the zoo of ground transpiration. The location was good for shopping and eating. I love supermarkets for Tequila and Mexican chocolate to bring back all within walking distance. The marina was close and more expensive restaurants were there, but we were on a budget.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and had all the necessities for an overnight stay. If you are looking for bells and whistles, look somewhere else. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, lots of hot water. The free breakfast was great. The A/C worked great The temperature of the room was nice and cool. However the air conditioner is very loud, do it was very hard to hear the television when the air conditioner was on. The bed was clean and comfortable. They don't use fitted sheets so everything came apart by morning. Close to the airport. Plenty of food nearby.

I was hesitant about my stay since I read a few not too great reviews, but my experience was completely different. They have a good breakfast, and accommodated to my needs (they upgraded my room with no extra fee!). I gave it 4 starts location wise because there are not too my many options for good nearby restaurants (unless you walk to the Marina). Though it is a 5 minute walking distance to the airport, so it really depends on your priorities! Service could be a bit better in the sense that the staff is serious, yet responsive. Great stay overall!!!

Worst hotel ever in Mexico and we have been travelling here for years. Staff and service are great but our room was awful. Small and cramped, we are moving across the street to the Holiday Inn Express, at least we know what we are getting with a branded hotel and the price is better.

It’s great to be close to the airport, but there are other hotels that are also close and probably better. I booked this hotel because I only need a place to sleep before my flight, and boy was it a mistake. The rooms are small, outdated and feel cheap and dirty. There was no shampoo. The bed had no proper fitted sheets, just a regular sheet tucked in that would come off, and the mattress had blood stains. It was absolutely disgusting. I’m worried about bed bugs to be honest, I will take precautions with my luggage when I get home. My floor reeked to cigarette even though it was prohibited. The room also had a funny smell. Breakfast was awful. And it was SO full of people in such a tiny space. Do not stay here. Service was minimal, but I guess it was okay.

BAD HOTEL - Horrible option to stay. They just arbitrary increased the price already booked with booking. They do not respect what it was already arranged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. The guy in reception was so rude with my mom. She requested an alarm service and he called her 30 mins after. He was VERY unpolite with her, with a hideous attitude. I have never experienced or heard such a bad treatment. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Positive: Location was convenient Negative: Sink did not drain. Mold on the door. View of room was towards a high school which is awkward. Plug next to bed was broken. The tv did not work well. Negative: ""
