One Puerto Vallarta Aeropuerto

By far is the worse hotel that I’ve ever been, I ended booking last minute, (I stay before in another locations but same name) so I was confident it will be good. But no the rooms are really small and even in the internet said you can arrive 24 hrs is a lie, I arrive early and the receptionist was rude and said the check in is at 3:00 so i left to do something else while I wait. When I come back I notice the really small room plus the smell, but it was not until I take the shower I notice all the mold in the walls and not a good cleaning service. Is convenient because you can arriving by walking from the airport but it does not worth it, better find a another hotel. Thank God I just stay there a night.

The only inconvenience about this hotel is that they turn off the escalator at night. So if you have an early check-out cuz you got an early flight...you may have to carry your luggage down thru the stairs to reach the ubers/taxis... Other than that, the location, price quality service and rooms are good. Everything was pleasant.

Due to not making my flight I stayed 1 night at the hotel as it is conveniently located near the airport (about 10 minute walk). The hotel is fairly clean and offers good value for short stays. That being said, as many convenient hotels located close to airports, they are always noisy (as this one is), but the bigger issue was that there is obviously mould within the air conditioning unit as I experienced allergy symptoms within minutes of turning on the unit. I was able to tolerate this for one night, but it was unpleasant. ||||Beyond that, the staff was attentive, room and hotel clean and breakfast decent. Worth a stay for 1 night.

The exhaust vent are broken and they won't fix them. The fans vibrate all the 4 and 5 floor. You want be able to take a nap or have a quiet moment. Two weeks later the exhaust fans on the roof are still squeling and vibrating floors 4 and 5. Nothing was fixed.

Long wait at the reception. I and for a quiet room, they gave me one overlooking the highway and the airport runway! Then the hot water did not work. They fixed it but now the AC does not work. Hot and rundown room with a musty smell but the window does not open.

Everything was amazing the room and the service, the coffee only need to be more strong but overall everything was great.

Location is spectacular in relation to the airport. The service is average but the room is absolutely repulsive. The bed reeked of vomit, there's no way to get rid of that smell other than replacing the mattress. I'll not stay there again. There are plenty of other options close enough.

I really enjoyed the swimming pool, their Mexican breakfasts and being able to walk to the airport with my luggage. Swimming pool hours are 9 am to 9 pm, but they don't rush us out at closing.||Didn't like that I didn't have a hot shower both nights, and that I got pinched on the toilet seat every time.

Did a quick night here before a flight and it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was a queen, which was the only negative, as I've gotten accustomed to king beds, but other than that the room was a decent size, bathroom was as well. The location is really the best part as you can take a 7 min walk right up to the airport. Super convenient. Compared to the accommodations we had at the small beach town we weee in before this, this was a huge upgrade and I'm glad we decided to spend the last night here.

Very small exceeding clean rooms with great showers, fast internet, and within walking distance of the airport and many restaurant choices. Even a full service grocery store about a block away! Very friendly staff willing to put up with my bad Spanish and help me speak better. For our purpose, perfecto! The part we don't care for is the eggs and sometimes odd meat at breakfast. Waffles are great! But our preference is bacon or sausage. We fly into PV then bus to other destination in Mexico. So we typically stay here for a day or two at the start and end of our winter in Mexico. See you guys next year!! Hasta proximo ano! I wish they offered a shuttle service. Taxis typically charge 100P.

This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the international airport. I was able to get in a room with no hassle and for a great price! The staff was very helpful and did their best to understand me despite the language barrier. The entire experience at this hotel was very welcoming and comfortable.

We stayed here for just one night after flying into PV before heading out to Sayulita. It was a quick walk from the airport which I appreciated, although it does lack a shuttle option that most airport hotels offer. Getting to the actual hotel is a bit tricky, as it requires two elevators that do not have any signage. Still, we found our way! The hotel is brand new and super clean. Rooms are efficient but a bit spartan. Buffet breakfast had yogurt, fruit, coffee, chiliquiles, scrambled eggs, toast, doughnuts, cereal. We didn't use the pool at all but seemed clean and pleasant enough. Overall, nice but simple hotel that was excellent for a one night stay, but probably wouldn't stay here for more than a stopover during transit.
