One Puerto Vallarta Aeropuerto

Absolutely terrible! Be careful if you make an online reservation, they will try to scam you and make you pay twice. 5 minutes from the airport you’d think they can accommodate tourists, nope. Nobody speaks English so communication is terrible! Absolutely no hot water from the sink or shower, they have signs asking you to conserve water but they try and force that by no hot water not even lukewarm. I waited nearly 45 minutes for the water to warm up! What a waste! No water in the rooms or cups and if you drink from the tap your stomach will feel like crap and you will not be able to hold anything in. Stains on the sheets and towels. But they have a pool, breakfast, computer access and a ping pong table all dressed up to fool you for the real problems you while come to find. Good luck to anyone that stays!

By far is the worse hotel that I’ve ever been, I ended booking last minute, (I stay before in another locations but same name) so I was confident it will be good. But no the rooms are really small and even in the internet said you can arrive 24 hrs is a lie, I arrive early and the receptionist was rude and said the check in is at 3:00 so i left to do something else while I wait. When I come back I notice the really small room plus the smell, but it was not until I take the shower I notice all the mold in the walls and not a good cleaning service. Is convenient because you can arriving by walking from the airport but it does not worth it, better find a another hotel. Thank God I just stay there a night.

The only inconvenience about this hotel is that they turn off the escalator at night. So if you have an early check-out cuz you got an early flight...you may have to carry your luggage down thru the stairs to reach the ubers/taxis... Other than that, the location, price quality service and rooms are good. Everything was pleasant.

Positive: Proximity to airport, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Negative: No washcloths, room was pretty small

Due to not making my flight I stayed 1 night at the hotel as it is conveniently located near the airport (about 10 minute walk). The hotel is fairly clean and offers good value for short stays. That being said, as many convenient hotels located close to airports, they are always noisy (as this one is), but the bigger issue was that there is obviously mould within the air conditioning unit as I experienced allergy symptoms within minutes of turning on the unit. I was able to tolerate this for one night, but it was unpleasant. ||||Beyond that, the staff was attentive, room and hotel clean and breakfast decent. Worth a stay for 1 night.

Positive: "" Negative: There should be a small fridge in each room, without having to pay extra.The layout of the bathroom is very awkward.

Everything was amazing the room and the service, the coffee only need to be more strong but overall everything was great.

This place is only good for a 1-night stay if you're catching a flight back home. It serves it's purpose.

Did a quick night here before a flight and it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was a queen, which was the only negative, as I've gotten accustomed to king beds, but other than that the room was a decent size, bathroom was as well. The location is really the best part as you can take a 7 min walk right up to the airport. Super convenient. Compared to the accommodations we had at the small beach town we weee in before this, this was a huge upgrade and I'm glad we decided to spend the last night here.

This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the international airport. I was able to get in a room with no hassle and for a great price! The staff was very helpful and did their best to understand me despite the language barrier. The entire experience at this hotel was very welcoming and comfortable.

We stayed here for just one night after flying into PV before heading out to Sayulita. It was a quick walk from the airport which I appreciated, although it does lack a shuttle option that most airport hotels offer. Getting to the actual hotel is a bit tricky, as it requires two elevators that do not have any signage. Still, we found our way! The hotel is brand new and super clean. Rooms are efficient but a bit spartan. Buffet breakfast had yogurt, fruit, coffee, chiliquiles, scrambled eggs, toast, doughnuts, cereal. We didn't use the pool at all but seemed clean and pleasant enough. Overall, nice but simple hotel that was excellent for a one night stay, but probably wouldn't stay here for more than a stopover during transit.
