One St. Pete is easily the best current standing condo complex. The interiors are secured and monitored, the construction is quality, and the amenities are absolutely unmatched. Each unit above the 5th floor has sweeping views of downtown and St. Pete's Bayfront marinas and pier. If you're hoping for an elevated luxury living experience, you've found it!

Lawsuits & Stolen Guns!!! I have been at the One for over a year and hope people read this review before buying a unit here, you need to know what you are getting in to. The building is in a great location but that is it. Also, the average age is over 60 in the building as well. There are numerous lawsuits going on about the building that haven't been settled with the builder and the window company (winds over 30 MPH and you will hear it in your unit). Also, the management company typically manages apartments. First Residential does not know how to handle a higher end building like this and are way over their head and it shows. The onboarding is a joke as well, they never told me I need parking passes and actually had management (specifically one person in the management office has a horrible attitude and the manager here is useless and supports this behavior) tell me the elevators are broken because of "operator error"! The building is also not safe. Unfortunately last year there had been guns stolen out of a storage unit and instead of installing cameras in the garage to ensure this won't happened again, management has done nothing to increase security in the building. If you want any work done on the unit be prepared to fill out a 15 page unit modification document even if it is for paint. Also, the elevators have extremely long wait times due to them being broken and the staff using them (they should be using the service elevator but don't). This gets worse when the snow birds come down. The elevators are also dirty and run down. If you are looking to buy in this building beware and I would think twice about it. Ask your realtor about these issues before you move in. I will be moving out once all the lawsuits are settled because if you buy now you will be upside down. 400 Central and The Nolan will be much better choices than this property.

Beutiful views, although I had to sit down do to vertigo. Viewing a high level unit on the day of the grand prix, so it was 'the spot' to be in at the moment. Too high for me but spectacular. Water could be seen everywhere and it is perfect downtown location.

Truly amazing, five star accommodations! In the heart of downtown, you'd be hard pressed to find a better living space. Centrally located near the pier, looper, sun runner, publix and all the fine dining you could hope for. The garage is easy to access. The pool area is fantastic. The staff and residents are incredibly friendly!

We toured many of the high profile high rises in downtown St Pete. If you decide to tour The One first, prepare yourself because everything else just does not even come close to this project. Im not sure about the issues with subs not being paid but I can say whoever built this building did it first class. Just an amazing property in my opinion.

I am an owner of the ONE. As with all new construction, Kolter/Kast came in and fixed the minor concerns that all new construction has. The building is beautiful, well maintained after all the move-ins, and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful I have experienced. To the person about section 8 housing - in NYC you can not build a building in NYC without supplying section 8 housing in the project. The building is secure like Fort Knox, the ultimate in luxury, the owners are diverse and genuine. Makes me wonder if people put some reviews on the site just to lure people to other properties. I can not say enough about my experience from purchase to close. The quality is the best in downtown St. Pete. Everyone bent over backwards to be sure I was happy!
