The location is convenient. No need to cross any intersection from the station to the hotel. However, when checking out, the staff I met was kind of in a hurry and throwing questions with a very firm tone, while there was no one waiting in the line. It was totally unexpected as I didn't meet any other receptionist who was with this attitude in the whole area. The other staff at the hotel I talked with were polite with their speaking. Also, the room is advertised to be newly renovated one month ago, and I paid one-third of the extra price to get a renovated room instead of a non-renovated room, I found that the cushions inside the room have a large portion of visible stains, and the carpet is very dirty. The bed seems to be clean.

Very disappointed, was advertised as newly renovated, looks good from the lobby but when you get to your room it’s dated and the bathroom is only a 3 star rating. House keeping is very poor. Not vacuumed properly and you have to pay an extra 1000 yen to make your bed. I have never experienced this before. Un educated staff, no English welcome on the tv. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 200-meter walk from the exit near Starbucks at Kumamoto Station, 100 meters from the tram station, and only 20 meters from the bus station to Mojiko. If you arrive before check-in or need to store luggage after check-out, the hotel provides convenient luggage storage. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Excellent location right next to Kumamoto train station, which allowed us to easily travel on both the Shinkansen and local trams to go all over Kumamoto. Hotel room was nice and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly!

Hotel was undergoing renovations so some of the facilities weren't available. The breakfast served was amazing, the staff in the restaurant were friendly and provided excellent service. The service at check in can be a little less cold and rigid. Overall it was a good stay, excellent location next to the station.

The hotel interior, style and furniture and equipment are old, it still retains a bit of an 80’s vibe. Overall the room is clear and tidy and staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is next to Kumamoto station, bus stop and tram stop and it’s easy to take the tram to the city.

The hotel is good. Everything is perfect. But housekeepers do not clean the room everyday. We need to pay for 1000yens. But that's still ok

Hotel has a great location near the main station and shopping mall. The room we got had a very bad smell in the bathroom and the manager quickly switch us to a much bigger room
