I had a wonderful experience shopping here, and this comes from someone who typically doesn’t enjoy shopping. The shopping assistant, Gina, was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease right away. She went above and beyond to help me sift through a mountain of jeans to find the exact pair I had in mind. To top it off, the prices were very affordable, making it easy to shop without breaking the bank. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the level of service I received. This store has definitely earned my loyalty!

I absolutely loved my shopping experience at the One Teaspoon outlet. It is my absolute favourite brand! 💛 And I was buzzing when I google searched and found this place existed so close by! When I got there I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the beautiful Gina. A truly lovely soul. She goes above and beyond to make you feel looked after and her product knowledge and attention to detail are second to none! She brightened my day and I came away with some gorgeous items that I love wearing. I will definitely be visiting again soon and highly recommend!

I have been shopping at the One Teaspoon outlet since the first day it opened. A massive reason I keep coming back apart from the awesome clothing is down to Gina’s product knowledge, attention to detail, her organizational abilities and visual merchandising. I just want to share how wonderful my experiences at this shop every time I come. Thanks to Gina who works there. She is such a welcoming, kind, and approachable lady who makes you feel instantly comfortable the moment you walk in. Gina’s friendliness and genuine care really stand out – she goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel looked after. Honestly, every shop should have someone like her! She truly makes the shopping experiences so much more enjoyable.

Fabulous clothes, amazing and unique designs -I love this as shopping in the UK was was so diverse and since moving over here, it’s one of the only brands that have original designs (all mainstream brands are so bland and copycat) and use superb quality materials. The fine Italian leather is exquisite! Gina is a delight! Her product knowledge is exemplary and friendly and supportive nature is well received. I’m a huge fan! She puts up with my numerous “retail therapy wellbeing visits” to her boutique where I try on most of the shop as the “sample sizes” can be varied and I’m so impressed with the leg length of my latest 2 pairs of jeans (I’m 6 foot tall and thrilled to find “one off” pants that fit!) my daughter is even taller and frequently visits to top up her wardrobe with little “party pieces” and fabulous denim shorts. So glad I was introduced to Gina by a good friend and highly recommend her One Teaspoon Factory Outlet -and get this -keep an eye out for the sample sales as they are highly anticipated! Northern Beaches (no longer) best kept secret!❤️

I love this outlet store and the Manager Gina makes the experience even better with her undivided attention to my likes and sizes. She is an incredible asset to this store, it’s never too much for her even when it’s busy. Thank you Gina and the one teaspoon team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One Teaspoon is hands down my favourite brand - I’ve been obsessed for years! The clothes are next level: amazing fit, killer range, and prices that make it impossible not to keep adding to my wardrobe. I get compliments every single time I wear them. And Gina? She’s a legend. More than a manager - she’s like a personal stylist who just gets it. She knows my style, gives the best tips, and always finds something I didn’t know I needed. Every visit = I leave buzzing. Clothes, vibe, service — 10/10.

Loved my experience at the 1 Teaspoon outlet! Gina, the sales manager, was fantastic. Also easy parking right in front and everything was so well organized. I only came in for a browse but left with two pairs of excellent denim and one amazing sequined jacket (even though I do not fit the sample size (at all) ;))). I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!
