Harmony Yoga Studio had the opportunity to volunteer and teach a class for One Tough Cookie on Zoom this week. We did a healing gentle yoga/chi gong session. Everyone was open to learning something new and receiving the healing energy. Their baseline energies all came down and they left grounded and open. It was our pleasure and we look forward to the next class. We can heal ourselves, one breath at a time. Namaste

I participated in a virtual Zumba class today with Jessica Quintero-Munier. What a wonderful experience! She led us through an effective workout and was so much fun. Loved her energy. Can’t wait to take her class again.
