ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore

I am sorry to write this review and I really wanted to like this place but I just could not. I paid 5 star price for a 3 star quality hotel. No bell boy when we arrived at the hotel after 10pm. We had to drag our massive suitcases down, some stairs then onto elevator. The staff at reception were nice but NOT the 5 star service I was expecting. No proper welcome into their hotel like you expect to feel. The hotel/resort gave out no 5 star vibes. The breakfast was below average. I do have to mention that a young Indian ethnicity looking gentleman during breakfast may have been the only staff who had excellent service and communication but everyone else fell short from what I had expected. The rooms were of 3.5 star to 4 star quality. I was so disappointed only because I paid over 750AUD per night for an absolute below average hotel. Often when I called reception for waters, there was no answer. On our departure date I called multiple times to no avail and I was forced to walk down to lobby to request for bell boy. My apologies for this review once again but paying so much really left a dent on this experience.

the room is big. toilet is very spacious with a bathtub. service was great too. clealiness can be better for the toilet grout because mould can be seen. otherwise place is clean. showering area requires to take a big step down to the bathtub. which i think is unique but dangerous for elderly. toilet amenities are basic. bed is comfy. floor is not carpeted so no carpet smell which is great! room is on the 3rd floor and not very soundproof. early as 5/6am can wake the light sleeper. room light and curtains are not adjusted by button but by a touchscreen which doesnt seem very updated and sensitive. tv programs are very local and doesnt have an option for screen mirroring or streaming anything. ohh theres a tv in the toilet bathtub area, thought was cool but no sound and yeah unable to watch own shows. didnt explore around the area. place is not very convenient but overall nice place to stay only if youre in the area.

I had our solemnization and lunch reception here at the Nova room and we are truly happy with the service and coordination. Love the location and ambience of the Nova room as well as the location. Additionally, the prompt response from Beck Chin is one of the important aspect we have decided on the location. Prior to contacting ONE°15 Marina, we have contacted several other hotels. However, most of the time, we were met with slow response, unlike Beck Chin, he has been very prompt in response right from the start of our enquiries till after the event. He has been a great help in coordinating our needs and gave good suggestions along the way. Perhaps, the room is slightly below our expectation. The lighting is pretty dim and relatively basic. The hefty deposit is rather uncommon as hotels would typically use credit card as guarantee. Additionally, the hotel should consider to provide flexibility for early check-ins for bridal make up as that would would certainly be helpful for couples having lunch reception. Again, thanks Beck Chin for the help to create a memorable event for us.

Staff was very welcoming and approachable. It is our 2nd time stay and never disappoint. Room was very clean only downfall there is no bidet but besides that everything was perfect. Love the atmosphere here. Highly recommended! Thank you

I had an opportunity to work in the yacht industry for part of my career path. And I was lucky to meet an elderly couple (they were probably in their 70s) who had passed on a very important lesson to me - managing our emotions. We had an event with some car brands and they came in an entourage. It was a nice event, everybody had a great time. But they had some issues with their car and it was past midnight 1 or 2 am? Everybody had left, I stayed with them until help came. I know they were probably a bit annoyed /tired because it was a really nice car from an established brand. But they remained very calm and collected. Thank you K family 😘

Recently held my wedding at ONE°15 Marina and me and the wife's experience was immaculate. My first contact was with Beck. From the start up till the very end, he was responsive and attentive to our needs. He would reply us almost immediately anytime of the day and would follow up with any of the unknowns and queries expeditiously. Beck is also knowledgeable and sensitive to cultural/religious norms; a major plus for our multicultural wedding affair! Thank you Beck, we had a good feeling after we first met you and we were definitely not wrong! On our big day, banquet manager Joyston was assigned to us. I had met him the day before for coordination and I must say I was impressed by his grasp on our wedding itinerary. He was able to remember specific details regarding the events! Along with the bridal team, groomsmen and vendors he was able to facilitate a smooth flow of events. Although it was a short engagement with Joyston, we are thankful that we had experienced the amazing service you provided. The backdrop of the yatches and boats along with the decor provided made for a beautiful venue. The rooms provided for us, though just slightly dated in certain aspects, were very clean and comfortable. Service provided by staff was timely and efficient. Thank you ONE°15 Marina for an extremely memorable wedding experience :)

I had an incredible experience here in September 2025. The property is quiet, beautiful, and perfect for remote work. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of both the hillside and the marina. There are great dining options nearby for the evening, and the area feels safe and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or a great place to work remotely!

We held our wedding here and we could not be happier! Beck Chin was a great coordinator throughout the months of preparation, extremely prompt at replying and very helpful Joyston was a godsend during the day of the wedding. He kept my wife and I calm and collected, gave us very clear instructions every step of the way and made sure we were well taken care of throughout Could not have had a smoother wedding, thank you to all the staff that helped out!

I went a few months ago and only remember to write this review now as a friend was asking me about this place. The local food was surprisingly good. Huge portions and priced around $10+. The laksa was highly recommended by my host (who was the member and boat owner in our group). I tried some and it was very rich and lemak! Some of our party had the champagne buffet..I must say it's the most affordable champagne buffet at 78+ (add another + if you're not a member as you have to pay 10% service charge). I had a taste of the gazpacho and loved it. My friends seemed to enjoy the seafood and desserts. The menu is western fusion, some touches of asian but not overtly so. And the buffet champers served freeflow was...Piper Heidsieck, so it was a reliable brand. Reliable and way better than cheap stuff. Generous when you factor in the price. I had a healthy fish bee hoon (huge portion), it was ok with clams. My friend let me try her fried kway teow with a raw egg yolk (I think it's called moon river?) and it was yummy. Another nice thing is they still allow ordering from the ala carte menu. In fact they let us order from the full ala carte menu (we were a big group of 15 or so) and not the shortlist that they had separately for Sunday. So you know how sometimes you have some in the group who insists to go for champagne brunch but you are not keen on eating a log and a house or want to save some money..you will do ok here. There was one difficulty, there was a live band playing on Sunday. It's not that they were bad but they played a mix of some old music at a very loud volume and it was really spoiling the relaxing summertime sunday mood rather than helping to create the chillax mood. So I suggest if the band is on, sit outside by the water. It will mean you have to walk further to the buffet line but that's a good thing. I love dining by the water so I give this 4 stars (although I couldn't that day as it was raining quite heavily). I asked and the staff was very certain when she said you can get a member friend to book for you and the member friend doesn't have to be present when you eat or pay. I haven't taken advantage of this yet but I think it's doable as I realise I know 3 members just off the cuff already. Plus...I have the Islander Pass. Otherwise entrance to the island is $7 per car on Sundays and $6 per cab!

This restaurant gone from bad to worse. Servers are most unfriendly. Have no ideas about serving. Prefer to argue with customers rather than pleasing the customer. Such a pity. The food is boring. Same buffet everyday !
