ONE.Bar

Entering a small alley between 2 buildings reaching a spiral stair. Climbing up to the top, you reach a nostalgic bar with limited seats for a exclusive 18. Bartender is very kind. If you don't see a cocktail that you like on the menu, bartender will try to figure out what that you like as you describe your preferences. Formal meals are served on first floor, while bar upstairs at the top of the spiral stair serves light meals and snacks. Cocktail is to my liking and Food there are very delicious. They serve amazing Margarita pizza, and spicy noodle. It is a quiet place and it is a bar for adults.

The night we went to ONE.Bar was by far the best night we spent in Kaohsiung. Very friendly and great cocktails. Highly recommend the #2 drink. Wish we didn’t find this place on our last night here so we could go back again. Thank you for the great memories!!!

Authentic atmosphere here and very nice art direction for interior design, this could be one of most unique restaurants in Kaohsiung. Pros: Nice interior design / very influencing Cons : I think it’s abit pricy comparing to local restaurants but worth it to give a try.

Absolutely incredible experience. Had two of the house cocktails and a penicillin, as well as one of the house food pieces. The food was delicious, and paired perfectly with the Yebisu beer on tap. The house cocktails were perfectly balanced-- a little light, a little fruity, exactly what I needed at the end of a hot day. The penicillin was made exactly as requested. 11/10 will probably go back tomorrow night too.

First time visiting a bar in Kaohsiung. It was an AMAZING experience @ONE.bar, the bartender was very friendly and attentive; the cocktails were pretty good and creative; the food was good and not too pricey. The place has got a retro vibe and a comfortable atmosphere. It is obvious that the owner has put in lots of effort in this small bar. Definitely a place that MUST to be visited in Kaoshiung. Note: the minimum charge is 600NT on weekends

Retro decoration, cozy atmosphere and nice service. Cocktail was good and beautiful. Bartender is professional and friendly. About NT400 per cocktail, and it deserve this price. Highly recommend!

In LOVE with this spot. Huge selection of unique, carefully sourced liquors, particularly gins and whiskeys, which are crafted into bespoke cocktails based on your taste preferences. Great, relaxed ambience, too. I first taste tested ~7 different incredible gins, each described lovingly by our waitress, before picking Four Pillars bloody shiraz gin and asking for a drink with sour notes. From that, the bartender spun me this creamy, tart, floral, aesthetically gorgeous wonder. Incredibly clean and crisp flavors from start to finish. I then asked for something with a taste of ginger, and got a fresh, light, aniseed-tinged, foam-topped treat, based just on that. A supremely lovely experience. Go!!
