I’ve sat on this for a month. I’ve been going there for years for Eva and tried other barbers after she left. Our barber was late and was more concerned about his lunch. He cut my son’s hair and styled it. Cutting only half of his head. I didn’t notice until a couple days later, because my kid wears a hat. People need to eat, do that when you’re not scheduled and do your job. I won’t say the barber. How do you only cut one side? The fading was horrible. My own barber had to do major cutting to fix it. This was just, downright disrespectful.

I’ve been going to OneFam Barber Shop and seeing John for the last few years, and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I made for my haircuts. John is consistent, professional, and really takes the time to make sure every cut is sharp and exactly how I want it. He knows his craft inside and out, and his attention to detail is unmatched. The shop itself has a welcoming vibe — clean, comfortable, and always friendly. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. I always leave looking fresh and feeling good. Eva is someone I can't recommend enough. She is sweet, passionate, and does whatever she can to make you happy and leave looking good. I let her take her creative freedom with some ideas I have and she never disappoints. This airtouch balayage is one of the best colors I have ever had. Thanks for everything you do, Eva! I’ve known Andrew, the owner for over ten years—and there’s a reason I keep coming back. He’s the definition of professional: always punctual, incredibly accommodating, and committed to running a clean, welcoming shop. You can tell he takes pride in what he does—opening and closing up himself, setting the tone with a strong work ethic and personable vibe that makes everyone feel at home. The shop is always spotless, and the whole team is fantastic, especially with younger kids. My 4-year-old actually enjoys getting his haircut here. Huge shout out to owners Bernie and John as well. Chong, Gianna, Rigo, Mavi and Max are excellent barbers and stylists. Every barber here is top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled barbershop, this is it. Can’t recommend them enough.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my boys' haircuts done by Armando, and I couldn't be more impressed. After visiting barbers who seemed more interested in making money than perfecting their craft, it was such a refreshing change to find someone who genuinely cares about his work. Armando took the time to make sure my boys felt comfortable and confident, and the haircuts turned out fantastic. It's clear that he takes pride in what he does. I had an amazing experience at this barbershop! The place was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Bernie, the barber, did an outstanding job with my 2-year-old son. He was so patient and made the whole experience enjoyable for my little one. It’s not easy to keep a toddler still, but Bernie handled it like a pro! I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for top-notch service in a clean, family-friendly environment. The best barbershop in the west suburbs hands down. Great atmosphere and the barbers are all friendly. If you go I highly recommend asking for Gianna. She knows what she’s doing. She’s great with the clippers and I’ve never had second thoughts on any of my haircuts that’s she’s given me. Many people have complimented every haircut I’ve gotten from her. 10/10
