I can’t remember being in such a nicely done B&B with such an attentive host. Great care is obviously taken in preparing the rooms and everything we needed was available. Facility’s for drinks, fresh fruit, fresh flowers, and a sea view. The breakfasts are superb. A short ten minute stroll to the high street, or if your off to explore the rest of the island the road on which the B&B sits is a traffic free drive out of the back of town. If I find myself headed this way again this will be the first place I check for vacancies. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience. I stayed here for one night but I wish it was longer. It is such a special bed and breakfast and boutique in the true meaning of the word. ||The room was beautiful with doors opening to a view of the harbour. The bed is super comfortable - I had the best nights sleep! A lovely shower and lots of really thoughtful extras. ||Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Beautiful local produce cooked to perfection. The coffee and orange juice were very high quality. Finally Paula is an amazing host and I would love to stay again. Thank you.

WE really enjoyed the hospitality and could have stayed longer.Everthing so perfect and all the extra finishing touches to make our stay more like home.Lovely pot of tea on arrival, chocs,fruit and flowers in our room,delicious cooked breakfast and spotlessly clean room. Just amazing and so totally worth it. What a lovely BNB. Paula could not be more gracious and welcoming. We had a lovely room which had a view over the Solent. The bed was super comfy and Paula left us yummy treats. A delicious breakfast was included in the Solarium. Paula even offered us a ride to the chain ferry for our visit to Osbourne House. Highly recommend!!

We booked back in the winter for the start of the Fastnet this weekend and we had a really lovely time here in this comfortable guest house. It's on a quiet residential street about 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Cowes and Egypt Esplanade, with a couple of parking spaces. The house itself is very nicely decorated although there are a couple of flights of stairs: if you need a room on the flat, this probably isn't the place for you (this is on me for not checking as my disabled partner can manage some stairs), but we managed and the room was great, with some lovely touches such as fresh flowers and chocolates. Our hostess was brilliant - she could not have been kinder or more helpful and I really appreciated this. Nothing was too much trouble and she rang me a couple of times to confirm things, and texted me with updates on the parking, for example. We felt very supported. Our breakfasts, in the pleasant conservatory looking out onto a pretty garden, were outstanding.

Our stay at One Fifty Cowes was memorable for all the right reasons. Very comfortable room with a view over West Cowes. Tea/coffee etc facilities including biscuits, fresh fruit too. Host Paula welcomed us and instantly brought us tea (and biscuits) having insisted on carrying our luggage upstairs. Nothing too much trouble, a mine of information. Comfortable bed and well stocked ensuite. Breakfast offered a wide choice from fruit, yoghurt to the full English. We took advantage of the lift to Cowes and Paula delivered our luggage to us when we were ready to catch the Redjet back to Southampton. Highly recommended for a stay in Cowes and conveniently situated to bus or walk into town or catch a bus to elsewhere on the island.

Had a lovely stay. Good selection of amenities and comfortable bed. It was peaceful and breakfast was very enjoyable. Selection and hospitality was perfect
