I love this shop. Unfortunately I live across the country from them, but they are responsive, ship quickly and the products are second to none. They often carry boots or shoes I can’t find anywhere else in the US. Absolutely the best! Got these Flame Dr Martens. I’ve had at least 20 people ask me for the purchase link. Whoever is your buyer is doing a Great job!

It might sound strange, but I’ve never set foot inside Oneness Boutique—and yet, I feel more valued here than at most stores I’ve visited in person. It’s easy to assume that online retail means cold, generic service. That’s not the case with Oneness. The person I’ve been emailing with has consistently delivered the kind of experience you don’t expect anymore: fast, thoughtful responses, genuine kindness, and a clear willingness to help—even with special requests. It’s clear that Oneness isn’t just selling sneakers or apparel—they’re delivering respect, care, and attention to detail. That’s why I don’t hesitate to support them over any big-name retailer. It seems like they understand what it means to deal with an authentic, purist collector—someone who isn’t just shopping, but curating something meaningful. That kind of empathy and attention builds loyalty fast. The truth is, this kind of treatment is rare. Most businesses don’t have time for it. But Oneness does—and it shows. That’s why I keep coming back. One day, I hope I get the chance to visit the shop in person and thank the person behind the emails face-to-face. Until then, this is my way of saying thank you—for helping someone out-of-state complete their collection with trust and respect. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life.

I dealt with this shop back in August and i had a very pleasant experience chatting and purchasing my items from them. It was a pleasure chatting it up with the sales associates as they were very friendly and helpful when i was deciding what i wanted to purchase. They stock nothing but heat and it was tough not spending more than i could afford. Support local! Don't hesitate shopping at this awesome boutique!

The best sneaker and streetwear shop in the city hands down…. Love the employees and most of all the owner is such a sweet amazing guy. Its a must go to when in Louisville or lexington ❤️❤️

I ordered a pair converse that had just gone missing on 1/23/2024. I really needed to find them because they were one of my favorite pair of sneakers. This was the only place that still had them at a reasonable price. My shoes got here today 2/1/2025. I will continue to do business with you all. Thank you!🙏🏾

Don’t shop with this place. Zero stars would be more appropriate. I had been a loyal customer of Oneness Boutique since early last year, spending thousands of dollars on their merchandise and great sales. Despite a few past issues, I continued to shop with them because of the value and selection they offered. However, my recent experience during their Black Friday sale has completely changed my view. Over three days of sales (40%, 50%, and 55% off), I placed three separate orders totaling nearly $3,000 in retail value for five items. While one order arrived pretty quickly, the other two showed no movement for over 10 days. I reached out politely to inquire about an estimated shipping timeline and was met with a vague response asking for patience. I followed up, explaining that 10 days of waiting was an obvious show of patience (again respectfully), and that I was just requesting a bit more clarity. I mean, after paying their ridiculous shipping fees (more than $15 PER ITEM!), I would expect more prompt shipping and delivery. Instead of addressing my inquiry, Oneness Boutique abruptly canceled both orders without explanation. I received an email claiming, "We've canceled your order as requested," despite never requesting a cancellation. When I reached out for clarification, they stopped responding entirely, except for a delayed email stating there was "no estimated time for delivery." Adding to the frustration, the canceled items were relisted as in stock shortly afterward, proving this wasn't an inventory issue. It's clear the cancellations were done out of spite, likely because my follow-up email was misconstrued as impatience--even though I remained professional in my communications. It's a shame that so many of the negative reviews across various platforms ended up being true. I gave them opportunity after opportunity despite those reviews (and my own personal experiences), only to experience firsthand the unprofessionalism and disregard for customers that others had warned about. They may choose to respond here but understand I have no reason to lie. As I stated, I have overlooked previous issues with this company months and months ago and could’ve reviewed them then. In fact, just to ensure that I wouldn’t receive my packages or any further communications, I waited over a month to write this review.This was just the last straw and I won’t be shopping with them again. I would advise that you refrain also.

Best sneaker shop in Louisville. Always willing to help locals push their brands, very community forward, local get together and networking events, and then the sneaker selection is amazing, the workers are top of the line when it comes to experience and care. 10/10 store. Only place to go if you want real drop day retail prices.

Oneness is a premier sneaker boutique in Kentucky, and my experiences there over the years have been consistently outstanding. Their selection is exceptional, and the staff is both knowledgeable and welcoming. I credit Oneness (Joe) for curating my wife’s entire sneaker collection. I highly recommend this store to any sneaker and fashion enthusiast.
