Found the website searching for a sold out pair of new balance CT302s, they had my size and also 30% of sitewide, ordered immediately and was super exited, couldn’t believe it. Then I thought “I’d this to good to be true?” Looked at reviews and immediately became extremely skeptical but I was proved wrong, most negative reviews were 7 years old anyways, and related more to the troubles of hype sneaker drops that happen to all stores, so I feel bad for the bombardment of 1 star reviews. Got them shipped fast, item as described, and I’m totally happy and would order here again.

I was weary about ordering from this site at first considering most of the reviews. However, I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my purchase. I bought the all white adidas ultra boosts for women. The night of my purchase I received a confirmation email, then the next day (later on in the day) I received another email including tracking info. I received my shoes within 3 business days and they fit perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase from Oneness Boutique and would recommend to anyone.

Warning!!! "Not an authorized Nike reseller", straight from Nike itself! I learned the hard way after buying a pair of AF1s ($250) and the soles came apart after only 3 months of light wear. When I contacted Oneness they basically told me to take a hike! I then called Nike directly and they told me that they will gladly warranty defects for 2 years, but not if they can’t verify that the seller (ONENESS) is actually selling authentic products. In this case, Nike told me that Oneness IS NOT in their database and NOT authorized to sell Nike and therefor they couldn’t guarantee that they weren’t fakes. Therefor they would not warranty my shoes. The customer service from Oneness was terrible since they got their cash, they don’t care and will do nothing to help me or you. Buyer beware…I know I’ll be buying from an AUTHORIZED NIKE RESELLER from now on!

Absolutely awful experience and customer service as other reviews state. Stick to sneakers, this store is absolutely not worth your time for any runway ready designer brands / fashion apparel. Do business with an actual retailer like Dover Street Market. Very sarcastic and impatient with customer service replies regarding return policy with high tier “non sneaker” brands. I had been a loyal customer of Oneness Boutique since early last year, spending thousands of dollars on their merchandise and great sales. Despite a few past issues, I continued to shop with them because of the value and selection they offered. However, my recent experience during their Black Friday sale has completely changed my view. Over three days of sales (40%, 50%, and 55% off), I placed three separate orders totaling nearly $3,000 in retail value for five items. While one order arrived pretty quickly, the other two showed no movement for over 10 days. I reached out politely to inquire about an estimated shipping timeline and was met with a vague response asking for patience. I followed up, explaining that 10 days of waiting was an obvious show of patience (again respectfully), and that I was just requesting a bit more clarity. I mean, after paying their ridiculous shipping fees (more than $15 PER ITEM!), I would expect more prompt shipping and delivery. Instead of addressing my inquiry, Oneness Boutique abruptly canceled both orders without explanation. I received an email claiming, "We've canceled your order as requested," despite never requesting a cancellation. When I reached out for clarification, they stopped responding entirely, except for a delayed email stating there was "no estimated time for delivery." Adding to the frustration, the canceled items were relisted as in stock shortly afterward, proving this wasn't an inventory issue. It's clear the cancellations were done out of spite, likely because my follow-up email was misconstrued as impatience--even though I remained professional in my communications. It's a shame that so many of the negative reviews across various platforms ended up being true. I gave them opportunity after opportunity despite those reviews (and my own personal experiences), only to experience firsthand the unprofessionalism and disregard for customers that others had warned about. They may choose to respond here but understand I have no reason to lie. As I stated, I have overlooked previous issues with this company months and months ago and could've reviewed them then. In fact, just to ensure that I wouldn't receive my packages or any further communications, I waited over a month to write this review.This was just the last straw and I won't be shopping with them again. I would advise that you refrain also.

The owner of the shop even got involved directly to lend me a hand. They went above and beyond to help me out when they absolutely did not have to, and I will be forever grateful. Similar to Nici Y, website is charging me $43 to ship four t-shirts ($103) from Kentucky to Florida. That is outrageous! That is why there rating is so low. :( BTW, one store phone number just rings and rings and the other says the owner has yet to set up their voicemail box account. Sound like real business novices...

I ordered a Nike mini backpack with a matching Fanny pack....my first issue is that they charged $30 dollars to ship those two things that probably weigh less than 4lbs together. It then took them 12 days to ship it. They only shipped it when I sent an email complaining. Once it shipped, it was delivered two days later in a box that was open. I'm surprised my bags were still in there. They secured the box with a single piece of tape that obviously didn't survive the ride.

I ordered shoes and they chrged 150 USD for shiping. Shoes alone were 200 USD. Then they got back to me with a sipping overrage of another 29 USD !! The shipment hasn't arrived to me altough it has been over a week. Not to mention that the sihippment was suposed to be 1-2 working days express. Dont shop there!

Just ordered my first pair of shoes from them (online). Easy process, received exactly what I ordered and had no problems. I would've of given them 5 stars but they charge almost 12 dollars to ship a BEANIE. $12 shipping for a beanie, really?! Overall I would recommend this place for hard to find Deadstock items as they have a nice selection and are 100% Authentic.

I have been shopping with Oneness for a while. Typically the selection is good especially for ordering online. The issue is that every time that I have ordered online i get an email saying, my package has been sent, and then when I look at the tracking the package hasn't been brought to the carrier for days on end. Recently was the first time that I needed to return something. I contacted oneness to figure out what their return process is because there was no receipt or instructions in the box. Honestly I don't think that they ever include a receipt in the box. I was instructed to a link on their site and told that I would have to pay for return shipping. Then I looked at the link on the website and the return policy is crazy. This is not best buy ... why is there a restocking fee?!?! ... never mind that I paid $20.00 for shipping in the first place. Overall ... why you make someone pay a premium for shipping and then you charge a restocking fee and only return STORE CREDIT ... its not worth the risk. Not when you are an online shopper from out of state. You have to give online customers more flexibility when they cannot see the product in person ..... or you can loose customers.

This place is straight dysfunctional!! When you call they answer, however you are talking to who answered, and who they are talking to before you called!! This happened more than once because when I order something online they say they have it, but don't!! This is very common and part of the dysfunction here.

Stated a spring sale only to cancel the best items from your order rendering the sale useless. Overcharges for shipping, had to pay $50 shipping for my order even though the two jackets were canceled. Very disappointed on my second order, will not be returning.

Never had a problem with OneNess! Read some reviews that they never answer their phones. They stay pretty busy, so that's understandable. Not once in my life have I ever gotten FootLocker in the mall to answer their phones.... but that doesn't mean I don't buy from them. Once the line starts moving on release day, they get you in and out of there quick! And who doesn't love a good OneNess sale!?

Ordered online and was sent a jacket with 3 big stains and a hole so sent it back and they said they would pay for shipping and then they ignored my requests for a shipping refund then when the new jacket got to me it had a noticeable black stain and a lot of big loose threads and came in a random black bag not the product bag it honestly looked like someone wore it out. So I asked for my original shipping cost again and sent pics of the second jacket also having stains. They finally gave me my shipping cost back and then I asked for 50% refund and I'll just keep it, which is generous considering they had just had a 50% off sale they didn't want to compensate me for, and they tried to say how about 30% I said no I'll just ship it back so then they said 50% and sent the refund but subtracted the shipping money I had just received for sending back the first jacket and didn't include original shipment price which is ridiculous! Wouldn't recommend anyone shop here they don't care about customer satisfaction and will often completely ignore you.

in the last week I can only speak to online experience with them and noticed this is a clear pattern of horible online experiences via Google reviews as well. They honestly deserve 0 stars. By far worst online AND customer service experience in roughly 15+ years shopping online or anything I've witnessed in person in my 35 years alive. Placed an order on 12/17 at 2am for 3 shirts. Was notified on 12/26 @3pm that they refunded me for 2 of the 3 shirts that were supposed to be Christmas gifts. This nullified the promo code I used for an order over $100. Charged $13+ for Priority Shipping. To top it off they did not even clarify what item I was even being sent in the refund email. Tried to call the listed store number on website and Google but it was out of service. Emailed at 4pm same day (less than an hour) to cancel entire order. Shop closes at 7pm but never responded. Emailed again on 12/27 @ 5am to cancel order and not ship. Shop sent out package at 2pm. Went to open dispute via PayPal and saw a different number listed on their account so I called what seemed to be a personal number. Was lied to about never getting the emails (confirmed my email and the email I sent to but she said it was her job & she checks emails frequently) and given excuses for a 10 day delay because they were "a small business with only 4 employees" that apparently do so much business they can't keep up with orders. Completely incompetent and rude about their clear pattern of screw ups. Wish I had seen all the other poor reviews before ordering. Relying on PayPal now to resolve claim and will refuse package upon delivery.

On black friday I ordered some jordan 12s on the website with a special code. Upon receiving the shoes, they first sent me the wrong size and I emailed them asking for a return label thinking they would then send me the correct size. The problem is that instead of them sending the correct size after the package returned to the store, they refunded me. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a simple swap of shoe sizes. Smh.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a pair of Adidas X PLR. With shipping, they were almost $100. We got an email the next day with a tracking code through USPS on 2/23. Everything seemed fine. And on 2/26, I was happy to see an email that the shoes were delivered. I went home, checked my front porch and mailbox and didn't see anything. I then emailed them to let them know that I never received the package. I never got a response back. And still haven't from that email. I then checked the tracking code the next day and saw that the shoes had been picked up at the post office in Minnesota. This issue is that I live in California. I then called the number on the website and spoke to a lady who told me that she is 100% sure that they sent it to the right address and that this was a USPS issue and that I would have to contact them. She wasn't polite, she didn't try to look into it any further, she just told me that it wasn't their issue, they're not responsible for anything once they ship it and that I would have to take it up with USPS. I then called USPS and they told me that the tracking number was correct and that they delivered it to the correct place. Later that night, we got the shoes. Oneness had the wrong tracking code that they sent me. My son then opened the shoes and put them on and said one shoe felt different than the other (the shoes were for him). He took the shoe off and looked inside to find the elastic strap that holds the tongue down was already ripped. These are supposed to be brand new shoes. I then called Oneness a few times the next morning and got what seemed to be voicemail for a cell phone (weird...). After calling a few times, someone finally picked up. It was the same girl I spoke to the day before. I let her know that the shoes were ripped and that they had given me the tracking code. She told me that she knew (apparently she knows everything?) for sure that no one had ever tried on the shoes in the store and that it was the manufacturer to blame. I told her about the tracking code and she said that was automated so she's not sure how that even happened. She told me to not be snappy. At no point did they try to look into anything to do actual customer service. They were abrasive from the get-go. I'd NEVER do business with them again. EVER. In fact, I didn't ask for a replacement, I just asked for my money back. They seem to push the blame to everyone else instead of taking any ownership. They don't care about the customer and only care about collecting the money. As a person who owns a business, I'd be worried to have people like this working for me and processes that are this broken.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONENESS BOUTIQUE. Selectively scams and lies throughout entire communication about their operations. Sent me the wrong shoes which were returned via shipping label they sent me. Said they would notify me about refund/reship when item was received. When I inquire a week later, claims package wasn't received when tracking said it arrived 4 days earlier. After another angry email, told me it would be shipped that day. When I reach out a week later for a tracking number, order is cancelled because there is "none in stock". Claims item was already refunded and there was none issued. Keep in mind this is over a span of a month. I also had to explain the situation multiple times when all they had to do was read the previous email. Never have I had customer service this bad in any industry/service. EVER. Reviews show that they selectively scam and are sketchy with their practices often. Like never sending items months after, charging an unspoken 15% restock fee when an order is cancelled before even processed, etc. Poor excuse for a business and should be shut down for fraud.

Called the store after online purchase concerning possible return issue, and the female manager who answered the phone was incredibly rude and insulting. I could not believe the way she yelled at me and accused of me lying. I have read other horror stories about this store, but their "customer service" surely matched the reputation. Nay, it was not service at all. It was "customer insulting". I cannot believe how this place stays in the business. The owner of the business, whoever it is, should consider training their employees really seriously.

Great customer service. I was charged twice for one order and they responded within 10 minutes if me emailing them my complaint. All I had to do was send a screenshot of the double transaction in my bank account and without any further questions they started the process for me to get my money back. No questions asked. Will continue to use this great online source.
