Ong Lang Village

Rooms are exactly as per photos on web. Comfy bed, very clean, lovely shower/toilet outside. Nice setting but nothing else. Their private beach is kinda closed (maybe wrong time to visit - July), just eatable foods from the menu @ restaurant, not impressed breakfast, strange happy hour time (7-8pm) with cheap alcohol taste (still drinkable though) etc. generally staff are lovely but seems they are nothing else to do (so are on the smart phone for whole time), not many English speaker except the assistant manager. To far from the centre of phu quoc ... Good for a couple or family for 1-3 nights stay but not recommended for action seeker.

Nice place with few issues like the road to the beach and overall conditions. For some that could be a major or minor issue depending on what you expect from your hotel. The beach is great but got a lot of trash near (just like everywhere on the island to be honest). It will be a good choice if you are looking for a nice eco hotel for slow/relaxed vacation

The staff hardly could speak any English, so any communication was barely possible. For the two days we have been there, we had power outages on both days for multiple hours. The beach was about 6 minutes by foot away. The beach was quite dirty and smelled very bad when you walked a bit along it. Walking to restaurants in the evening was not so nice as the street does not have any lights. There were not many other tourists.

First off, they advertise having an airport shuttle service. As it turns out, it's just a taxi that you pay full price for. It also wasn't there on time so I ended up waiting for what I thought was a shuttle but was not when I could have just taken one of the taxis that was already at the airport. Additionally, the breakfast is nothing great. They literally had artificial yellow cheese slices out as their cheese selection. There is also mold in my room and a big ant problem. Finally, the shower isn't working and I was told they turned off the water and I should wait 10 minutes. It has now been an hour. I would rather not be spending my entire day in the room waiting for something as basic as the ability to shower in a hotel. The reasoning for this is unclear and all the manager said was wait and then hung up on me (not the first time). After a half hour I went to the front desk and they told me 10 minutes and could offer no information and no solution, as well as no honest time frame. Overall terrible customer service.

Quiet and peaceful. I'd come again. Friendly helpful staff. Surprisingly good breakfast. Located nice for a walk to good beach and resturants.

Hotel is located in Ong Lang Village. Far from downtown. Prices in restaurant are expensive. Service is not good enough. Sea is about 350-400 meters. Beach is dirty

Nice 3 star Hotel with "get away" charme. Last hotel before beach. (5 min walking)

Nice beach.. but the way is hard to find
