The hotel was clean, location decent, and breakfast was good.||||The best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Check In was supposed to be at 13:00, but we got there a little early, and they let us check in (we had a World Cup game to get to) early.||||After checking in, when asking for directions on taking a bus, I realized I did not have much local currency. My ATM card had been acting up and was not working with any ATM I found. The staff were very understanding and helpful. They actually let me use my debit card and charged the hotel, and they gave me cash!! What a life saver this was!! I was so grateful for this.||||The staff were very friendly and accommodating with everything else during our stay. I would stay there again just because of this great service.

Fui para fazer uma prova de concurso e pra mim foi o hotel com melhor custo-benefício em Salvador pela localização. O atendimento desde a recepção até a cozinha foram excelentes durante minha estadia, quartos, toalhas e edredom limpos e cheirosos. Em especial aos atendentes Taine e Bruno, que me recepcionaram super bem, sempre dispostos e educados. Os quartos passaram por algumas reformas, o que contribuiu muito para o conforto, café da manhã de qualidade, feito com produtos de qualidade. Inclusive, o Hotel fica próximo a uma praça com alguns trailers de comida, com características de cidade interior pela tranquilidade, excelente pra quem deseja um local tranquilo para se alimentar. Quem se hospedar garanto que não irá se decepcionar!

O hotel apresenta um bom custo-benefício, com funcionarios muito atenciosos e um ótimo atendimento. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, pois o horário é apenas até as 9h da manhã. O quarto é razoável, com mobília já ultrapassada, mas nada que atrapalhe o conforto.
