Onix Hotel Praia de Piatã

The hotel was clean, location decent, and breakfast was good.||||The best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Check In was supposed to be at 13:00, but we got there a little early, and they let us check in (we had a World Cup game to get to) early.||||After checking in, when asking for directions on taking a bus, I realized I did not have much local currency. My ATM card had been acting up and was not working with any ATM I found. The staff were very understanding and helpful. They actually let me use my debit card and charged the hotel, and they gave me cash!! What a life saver this was!! I was so grateful for this.||||The staff were very friendly and accommodating with everything else during our stay. I would stay there again just because of this great service.

Um bom custo benefício, especialmente para quem precisa de facilidade e agilidade para chegar ao aeroporto. Está próximo a praia, restaurantes, farmácia. Tem um bom café da manhã e quarto confortável, único problema é o ar condicionado de janela que faz um barulho enorme

Paredes e portas do banheiro mofadas, seboso o ambiente. Ar condicionado barulhento. O pão que servem no café deve estar prestes a vencer, sem reposição é tudo frio. Não vale o preço cobrado nem de longe, recomendo esse hotel caso tenham que dormir na rua ou no carro, caso tenham outra opção não escolham esse

O café da manhã,vai somente até as 9:00 e não as 10:00 como em vários hotéis. Perguntei se não havia sobrado um pouco do café da Manhã,a cozinheira de cara fechada disse um Não bem lindo. Atendimento recepção e até razoável,mas esse pessoal da cozinha e limpeza são mal educados. Ar condicionado barulhento. Chuveiro quando coloca no forte, a água faz é cair pra parede. Não dá pra tomar banho direito.
