We had a great time here. The rooms are clean, big and beautifully furnished. The staff is super friendly. We were a bit delayed due to our flight, but we received a very warm welcome. Everything is within walking distance. Total recommandation!

Stayed here recently on our first-time trip to Portugal. My bf and I felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Special mention to Diogo who went above and beyond in welcoming us. The rooms are clean with a well equipped kitchen. Location is very good - walkable distance to downtown Lisbon. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The ONJ Lisboa is a small, stylish boutique hotel in the centre of Lisbon. We stayed for eight nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our beautiful apartment with a small kitchen on the top floor was spacious, although it had too little storage space and wardrobes for a booking of this length. The in-house restaurant with its urban-modern cuisine offers a very tasty breakfast and lunch menu. But the hotel's greatest asset is clearly its staff! From the person who cleans the room to the restaurant staff and the receptionists, we found all the employees to be extremely friendly, helpful and very dedicated! We can recommend the ONJ Lisboa without reservation.

We spent our honeymoon in OnJ Lisbon and it was perfection from the warm welcome until the checkout! The staff was super attentive and smiling, we felt most welcome here! The room we got was under the rooftop with a most beautiful view on the hills of Lisbon. Spacious, warm colors and very modern design, but esp. the amazing bed helped to make this stay exceptional! We slept like on clouds... The hotel is located in a quiet little alley, about 5-10 mins walking distance to the center.

Beautifully designed hotel with spacious room. The hôtel réception gave us food recommendations that we weee looking for and absolutely loved them! Friendly staff who wants to help and make sure we are good. We had a corner room with the best views!

Every member of staff went above and beyond standard service. The room was lovely and well equipped with quality products. Room was very clean and well maintained during our stay. |Included breakfast was also excellent.|If we ever return to Lisbon we will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff , clean modern room in the heart of Lisbon. However during check in the hotel using their policy by taking a deposit of €100,-. I asked why you need that? The staff member said for possible damage or missing items of the room. I got a bad taste of this policy. Another policy what I don’t like is when you ask for an early check in at 14:00 you need to pay €25,- normal check in is at 16:00 cost nothing. In their advertising if you visit for 2nd time you have free check in costs. Gives me a bad taste too. It’s only to get more money from guests instead good service. I will not return to this hotel. There are better hotels in Lisbon.
