We were overwhelmed by the kindness, hospitality, and how beautiful the hotel was. They were so thoughtful about everything and made sure we had everything we needed. Stunning building and gorgeous rooms. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

This is a lovely hotel and convenient location. Very friendly helpful staff. Everything is good except sound proof in the celling. Every day around 7am during our stay, we're woken up by at least one "elephant" above our apartment, the "elephant" (or "elephants") above apartment was either walking heavily, running sometimes and jumping. I briefly expressed this with the staff and she only apologised. This is the one downside to our stay. Apart from that I would have given it 5 stars.

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. We were there on a city trip, when we arrived the receptionist straight away offered some drinks and sat down with us to go over the map and give recommendations. Really appreciated! Rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was the best!

I had a great stay at the OnJ! My room was spacious with open windows to take in all the sights of Lisbon. The beds were also comfortable, which was a huge plus. It’s only A 10/15 minute walk to downtown with tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff were amazing and extremely welcoming! I’ll be returning on my next trip!

Very good on all the aspects. The room was very spacious with all the amenities needed. The green policy for towels and sheets is good. The breakfast is delicious and I liked the fact that you order what you want to eat ( save waste food). The staff is great

The hotel is excellent.|Our room was very spacious with all the amenities necessary for a good stay. The welcome focaccia was a nice touch and the complimentary daily water needed with the hot weather.|The staff is friendly and helpful.|The breakfast is not easy to order, but they are there to help and on the second day we were fine. The choice is good and the portions a bit too big for my liking. |I like the fact that it is made on order, so there is no waste of food.

I briefly considered whether I should even write a review. Not because the stay was bad, but because I fear that if too many people find out about this hotel, it will soon become overpriced and overcrowded, like all the other hotels in Lisbon. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything is just right: a great concept, spacious rooms, reasonable prices, and super friendly hosts. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Some guests complain about the lack of security in the neighborhood and even though I agree that Martim Moniz isn't the prettiest place in Lisbon, even as a solo female traveler, I had no problems.

We had a great time here. The rooms are clean, big and beautifully furnished. The staff is super friendly. We were a bit delayed due to our flight, but we received a very warm welcome. Everything is within walking distance. Total recommandation!
