The Onsen is run by seniors. this is a old inn, therefore do not expect much. Yes it is clean and tidy. The Onsen it is not very maintain but is okie. If you are looking for modern kind of onsen resort, please stay away. If you are looking for a true old style authentic feel please come. Of course the price is an important factor too.

Yes, the owners are incredibly sweet, friendly and helpful, but the building is very outdated and basic. It looks like it has not changed since the mid 1970's inside and out. Rooms are small and cramped and only have shared toilets. There are sinks in the hallway, but for a shower you need to go down to the basement onsen bath area. This also looks like it has not been maintained in decades. They serve both Japanese-style breakfast and dinner, which are plentiful, but rather average tasting. So, for me, while the owners are a great source of tips about the sights in the local area, it could not make up for the overall condition of the hotel.||||Pros: wonderful, friendly, helpful owners||||Cons: outdated property, average meals

Owners are an old Japanese couple, warm-hearted and super friendly. Can pick you up from the train station in the afternoon if you confirm arrival time in advance. Far from town center, better book meals and prepare your own food before going. Only the old lady speaks basic English, so don't expect quick and effective communication too much. But English informations are fully prepared, you'll survive well.

6月に1泊素泊り（4,752円）で宿泊しました。 建物は古かったですが、宿泊した２階の部屋はエアコンもあり、きちんと清掃されていました。 2階のトイレは共同で和式しかありませんが1階にウォシュレット付きの洋式トイレがあります。 温泉のお風呂がありますが、朝はシャワーのみ利用できます。 良かった点は、おかみさんやご主人が物ごしが柔らかく親切なことです。 ご主人からは一般の人にはほとんど知られていない、【摩周湖のビュースポット】（通称:第2展望台、摩湖展望台）を教えていただき、実際に見に行き良かったです。

愛想の良いご夫婦でやってる民宿です。 バイクで来ましたが、止める場所も屋根付きシャッター付きで安心です。 ご主人の旅話がとても良くて参考になりました。 また北海道ツーリングに来たときには利用させてもらいます。

今年2月,旅の途中で釧網線が大雪運休したため急遽一晩だけお世話になりました。もうあれから何ヶ月も経ちますがとても素敵なご主人リンタローさんの事が忘れられません(※ちなみに自分は男です)…またいつか行きたい!もちろん温泉も奥さんもサイコーでした!

昔ながらの民宿と言う感じで好きです 女将さんも丁寧な人で良かったです バイクも2台くらいなら屋根付きのとこに入れるかも！

昔ながらの民宿という感じが懐かしく、とてもゆっくり過ごせました。 温泉も心地よかったです。 宿主さん、奥さんと少ししか会話できなかったのですが、親切で物腰柔らかな方でした。各地を旅行してきた方にもおすすめです。
