I don’t think I have been to a hotel that differentiated from their website as much as this one. As it is a “Hilton” property, I expected a certain standard I am used to and this was not it. |It was clean so I will give it that, but the pillows were so old they were completely flat and just not comfortable. The bathroom lighting was also not good. They also only clean upon request. Again, not my typical Hilton experience. ||There was not a steamer nor an iron or ironing board in the room which I did not realize until I went to look for one to iron my clothing for work in the morning. Also there was not a coffee maker in the room. It was advertised as having a bar/restaurant and that was not the case; fortunately I was able to switch my honors from food and bev credit to points after the fact. Digital key is not available. ||They have the holders for toiletries in the shower, but without them. Instead, they have bottles of what they are saying is Beekman yet one of bottles had a label covering the bottle of shower gel stating it was shampoo and the hand soap (again used to a pump and not a bar) was a tiny bar of dial in a generic package. |While the rooms were clean, the corridors were old with dirty carpets and a weird odor and old elevators. This hotel felt like a really bad franchise that isn’t worthy of the Hilton name.
