When I came here for the first time 4 years ago, it wasn't so hyped and the wait wasn't so brutal. Today I came back, but I think this will be my last time. It was so hot waiting outside, I had a heat stroke. And even if the food is good, I don't think it's worth it. There are so many good restaurants serving quality wagyu these days, I think you're better off paying a little more for not waiting. Food is good if the wait is less than 30 minutes. It's not amazing to die for, it's just better than average.
If you really want to try, I suggest coming before 10:40, if you're first 15 you can get seated when restaurant opens at 11:30. Otherwise you have to wait for 1st group to finish.
