This is a special place! There are so many beautiful, special vintage finds, each with a story. My friend and I happened in and ended up going home with our arms full of special pieces for our homes! We loved meeting the owner, who was so gracious, and hearing a bit about their story. We will definitely be back!

Stylish gifts, home items and some furniture and sculptural items for sale. Worth a browse to see some creative things. Also the owner is very friendly and clearly loves what she sells. Items change often so make sure to come back.

Best spot in Red Hook for gifts and home goods! Incredibly chic. They also have a small selection of Baggu, which I love.

Love this store! It has become my go-to when looking for gifts, and honestly just a joy to browse here as they’re always getting new stuff in.

Incredible curation! Constantly rotating stock of new/designer/vintage home goods. Upgraded my glassware big time and have been back several times for gifts. Right off the ferry, so easy to get to from the city! 10/10 :)

The most beautiful store, and owner! Each item is curated to perfection. Every time I walk in, I feel at home and at ease. The way she brings together vintage goods and newer items into seamless harmony is iconic; Open Invite gives new meaning and purpose to sustainable, purposeful shopping.

Lovely spot. Well curated and very warm owner. Got a cute made-in-Italy marble/brass pedestal bowl for myself and a black pepper & cedarwood candle for a friend—win win!

Yelp
I LOVE this shop. I cannot go in without spending money (and that is a good thing). It is the perfect mix of vintage and new, classic and edgy, vibrant and clean pieces. I have purchased a number of things over the years and am ecstatic with each piece every time I look at it. Also, the prices are INSANELY fair. I have picked up things expecting them to be several hundred dollars to find it way way way within my budget. It is the epitome of value. The shop owner and staff are nice as can be! Definitely stop in if you pass by, or if like me, go well out of your way to get there.

Yelp
An amazing store in an amazing neighborhood! The perfect mix of new and vintage & a great place for a gift or something for your own home. The shop owner was incredibly friendly & helped me find the perfect set of glassware for my new apartment. I use them every day now! I've been several times since & there's always something new to find. An easy walk from the Carol G, OR literally right around the corner from the ferry. A must-stop whenever we have our Red Hook days!
