I loved visiting this historic home. The docent was very welcoming and quite knowlegable about the Howland house and family and their importance in the Finger Lakes area. Spent over an hour, the history lesson was well worth my time. Highly recommend if you are interested in abolishtionist movement , woman's sufferage, brave women who made big changes in both. Architecture is wonderful and great to see how love for the building inspired work to restore it for future generations.
