Opera Suites Vienna

The best location, I didn’t use public transportation at all and get to all attractions by walk. The room was nice and clean, coffee machine was available. The minus it was noisy outside because my window saw on a crowded street. Also it was difficult to find the entrance first. I believe the owner should notify that the door is right on the side of Ecco shop. But I Definitely can recommend this apartment to stay, because of location and good price for this district.

Nice place to stay if you are not looking for a hotel services and are ok with managed suites accessible by a PIN code. The location and view were perfect, I’ve been looking exactly for the place like this. The furniture is very old but the team was very responsive, and they fixed the chair which was broken very fast. Over all the experience was very good and the staff were very friendly.

There is no reception, you enter using a digital code, there is no breakfast, and the hotel check-out and check-in times are 11.00 and 15.00, with four hours between. It is a hotel directly across from the entrance of the cafe Sacher, and it is very advantageous in terms of location, cleanliness, and heating. Your day is ruined if you arrive in Vienna early because you are unable to leave your luggage. There are places where you may leave your bags, and it costs 7 euros each bag. A more affordable hotel is unquestionably preferred if your room faces an apartment complex like ours, but if it faces the street, it can be worth the cost.

The hotel was in a great location. It was in the heart of the city centre. But there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away despite the constant airing of the room and there were a lot of moths in the room.

We stayed at Opera suites, Vienna for five nights. They will send you detailed instructions about how to enter with your Unique password ( which will be sent to you in email) and you can self check-in with your Travel documents online beforehand. The rooms are neat, well-decorated and luxurious with Coffee-maker machine for use 24/7 in the common area. The location is probably the best in entire Vienna with all the attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, Wine shops within a few minutes of walking distance.

Amazing central location! Very convenient and close to all attractions. Quiet and comfortable accommodation.

Loved the location of this place! I have stayed in Vienna before and this location was far more ideal, very close to the opera house, main square, Museums etc. |We were on the second floor and yes there is no receptionist there all the time but we had an issue with the shower in our room and rang for help, 2 minutes later there was a knock at the door and the issue was sorted straight away. Great amenities in the room - coffee machine, kettle, Bottled water, sweets etc. There is a lift, but it is very small so if coming with suitcases you may have to take a few trips as I could only fit in with one bag.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located with access to almost all parts of the city. The "Hop on Hop off" bus red route (10 seconds) and blue route (1 minute) start within a minute of the hotel entrance. Staff are a call away and easily accessible via the internal phone system at the front door. Only negative - the lift is quite small, and only fits one person and one large bag, but not a deal breaker. We wanted to extend for one more night, but unfortunately they were fully booked - I'm not surprised as it's perfectly located.

This place is in the heart of Wien (Vienna). You literally have everything outside your door. Clean and friendly staff. Free wifi and tv cable and my favorite part...Room Service... which I didn't use but it's always nice to know you have the option. Rooms aren't the big but you're in Europe and I have to say this is big enough compare to other hotels.

Literally a hidden gem - walked around the block twice. The entrance actually is on the main street, a very small hidden tunnel. Absolutely lovely little boutique hotel, right in the middle of Vienna next to all the shopping and the Opera House. I absolutely loved the cozy, albeit very tiny, room. But who needs a huge room when you're shopping - a soft bed, a hot shower, and some peace and quiet to get you through the night. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
