I have nothing to complaint about my stay. Location is very good, I got spacious room with view and all amenities I usually require: safe, minibar... There is a bottle of water free of charge in the room. Even Christmas decorations were in the room, so cute. Staff were perfect. Breakfast is good but it was dark in the breakfast room as for me. Hotel has a restaurant with medieval kitchen, it is nice but dishes are far away from real medieval tradition. Goose is really noisy; I have heard him from 3d floor corridor :) I was charmed with this stay, nice job!

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room number was 304 and it was a spacious room with two windows to two different streets. The hotel always smelt like food because of the restaurant below but it didn’t bother us too much. Our room wasn’t very clean (there were crumbs on the floor when we arrived). The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast was satisfactory.

I had a large corner room that was surprisingly quiet given its location facing two streets. Although the building is "old," there is no shortage of modern amenities. The bathroom has a modern shower and a hair dryer and there is an in-room safe; the internet access is excellent as is the breakfast buffet. The cost per night is highly reasonable given the quality of the hotel. The staff's support and helpfulness are much appreciated.||||The hotel is in the old city so taxis cannot drop you off in front of the hotel, but the walk from the drop-off point to the hotel is no more than 50-75 feet. At departure the taxi driver will come to the hotel and help take your suitcase to the taxi.

There were issues with the electrical and fire detection systems. This is why my rate is not 5. All other things were done properly, the interior was repaired recently. Good breakfast, included to the suite price. Not recommended Georgian cafe in the hotel.

I stayed here the last time I was in Lviv, about 6 years ago. I had really liked it then. Price was reasonable and the set-up charming and perfectly located. I kept the contact details in case I ever went back to Lviv and I'm glad I did. ||This is a fine place to stay on business or for a city break. By London standards the price is extremely reasonable. The Hotel has expanded and I was in a budget room, in a newly renovated adjacent building. it was a bit basic but you don't go to Lviv to stay in your room. Everything you might want to do is within walking distance. Breakfast was generous, wi-fi was good. Front desk helpful with local stuff: arranging airport transfer etc||This is a fine place to stay.

If you drive to Lviv on a weekend and checkin to this hotel, beware that the city centre is closed for the cars. Hotel does not warn you. And it IS in the very heart of the city centre. Do not take the standard rooms. They do not have windows to the street or inner yard! Instead they face the glass-roofed inner space between two buildings of the hotel. The standard rooms have thus no fresh air or sunlight. They have very low ceilings and generally should not be sold as "rooms". Classic rooms are much better. Except for the curtains which let all the sunlight in and provide zero sun protection. Given the alternatives, either choose a suite in Reikartz or a simpler room in a different hotel.

Reikartz Medival Hotel and restaurant were amazing! This is a extrodinary hotel from the Reikartz Properties that I have been trying to get to for over a year! The Restaurant Medival is a fascinating and complete transition back in time with this historic and accurate concept by experience from there ownership! The menu is by far highly creative taking you back in time with a properly prepared selection of menu items you will not find anywhere else! Wild game so well prepared and delicate that even I have never had served with such enjoyment with flavors and recommendations by the knowledgeable staff to serve you! Accompanied by a very important guest made this a meal and hotel stay that was exactly what I expected and wanted to try hearing so many wonderful things about the historic city of Lviv! Bravo! And compliments to the company for providing this accurate and comfortable experience to the city! MA

What this hotel lacks (I will get to that later) it makes up in location (right in the heart of old Lviv) and service. The bathrooms are large and luxurious. What I struggled with was: the poor breakfast , it was just ok and the coffee is awful; the goose in the restaurant (yes a live goose who lives in a small cage right beside the breakfast buffet) and the lack of English channels on the TV.
