It’s all good. The hotel deserves their 3 stars fairly, but there’s nothing more to it. Best thing about this booking is location of this hotel as it’s just 14 mins walk from the main railway station 🚉. 24 hours desk, so you can arrive straight after your trip. Expect the European price for booking even though you’re technically not in European Union, which is a bit weird. But I assume it’s just a policy of local businesses.

We have used this place for a few years now when we need to be close to the train station..||We always seem to get a small attic room, functional but a bit oppressive. ||Good breakfast and helpful staff, and the Air-conditioning actually works, even if we could not find extra pillows.

We appreciate the kindness of the reception. We were checked in earlier. We are also thankful for the parking compensation. The breakfasts were good but could be more varied. But there's one thing that was really annoying. The smell in the room. There must be problems with canaluzation in the whole building because each time someone upstairs used the toilet, the smell spread in our room through our toilet. So every time we came back in the evening it smelled awfull in the room. We had to open the windows all the time. ||The room was calm as we asked for. But the smell was not good.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for several days and we were completely disappointed. The staff is nice and friendly and the room was OK. But the next morning after check-in we had no water. We called reception and we told that they were working on the problem. We waited and waited but nothing happened. We called office and they gave us the phone number of the hospitality manager but she was unavailable. So we called different people with the same zero result. Everyone just promised to fix the problem or they offered to move to a room of a lower category. We had to cancel a few meetings and our holiday mood was ruined. The last evening before check-out they finally gave hot and cold water. I started to take shower and... the shower head fell off. Another point of concern is ice in the inner yard. Nobody cared to remove it though the yard was not that big and removing ice from it would not take much time. So visitors were exposed to risk of falling and getting their bones broken. The last but not least is that the management refused to compensate for all the inconveniences. The excuse was that they cannot do it by technical reasons. They only gave us certificate for $18 that we can use at their restaurant in the future

I lived in a classic twin room for two nights. It was really clean and pretty, but it was just too small room for two girls. This room can be used only like sleeping room in the night, but not for spending much time in it. Our window was up to the hotel terrace-bar, and it wasn't so easy to fall asleep, 'cos of some visitors. But actually, if you are tourist and spend all your day away, you will really like it, special for breakfasts.)))

I had to climb to my room on third floor with two pieces of luggage using stairs (elevator doesn't come to all parts of the building), and there was no staff to help me. Room smelled with canalization, and was literary tiny. Breakfasts are good, same is location ( no other hotel as close to railway station)

Working in Lvov for two days so chose here as have used it twice before.||It does much quite well, but unlike many other businesses and hotels it does not have a generator back up, and as such we have no electricity for long periods of time.||I do of course understand the warzone situation, but many others are coping far better.||On the plus side the reception staff did a good job sorting out our requests and are highly recommended as a result.

Stayed over night. Clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Short journey on bus to centre. Pleasant staff. No complaints. Would recommend. Photo is from our room in quiet courtyard. Property has a lift to upper floors.
