Villa Brown is in an old Jerusalem villa. The staff and manager were not just excellent but also made us feel at home and at ease. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a coffee that truly started our day properly. The central location is within walking distance of Mahane Yehuda and the Damascus gate. We travel extensively and Villa Brown is at the top of our return list. Thank you Mustafa

This was my second stay here, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is central and within walking distance of just about anywhere you’d want to go. The staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating, the complimentary breakfast is a great touch, and the property itself has a charming old Jerusalem–meets–Italian boutique vibe. At this price point, you’re definitely getting your money’s worth.

Can’t rave enough about this beautiful hotel. Definitely a hidden gem! The ambience is so special you feel right at home! The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious plus the staff was super helpful and friendly . We would def stay here again

Luckily the room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Otherwise this hotel is an overpriced disappointment. Our room was so small that the maintenance worker moved the bed in order to open his ladder to fix the curtain that fell off the poles when I opened it to get some light. The bathroom hardly has room for the toilet and the stall shower. There is no breakfast included and they charge US $65 extra for a late checkout after Shabbat. I like trying new hotels, but this made me miss the Orient Hotel five minutes away which, for the same price includes breakfast, a late checkout and a room 3 times the size.

Hotel in a preserved stone building. Excellent location — close to the city center yet a unique boutique hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room. The staff is kind and helpful.

Best staff, the people that work hard into this place, and they are the heart and the soul of the place makes all the experience. The room was good. The food was great and the staff was amazing. We had flawless service with the highest standards of kindness and generosity in everything we needed. We are definitely coming back!

Nice boutique hotel with a really good breakfast and excellent service. Judging by the cost of everything in Jerusalem the hotel is probably reasonable value for money but as a frequent traveller I would say it’s overpriced.

"Boutique Hotel" Nice atmosphere. Central location. Nice breakfast. Good hospitality. The suite was small, but restroom was nice with hot tub. No wardrobe closet, the a.c was noisy...
