Ora Steakhouse Rye

I celebrated my 25th birthday at Ora and had the best time ever! Service was excellent, courses arrived in a timely manner, we didn’t feel rushed but at the same time didn’t have to wait for our food, it was timed perfectly. Amazing coordination between the kitchen and the servers!!! The food was delicious; my favs include the baked clams, the meatball appetizer, the lobster mac & cheese, the caesar salad, and the porter house (which is a must try if you love steak!!!). Overall, I had an incredible time :)

Decided to come here for my anniversary with my wife. The top floor was definitely more romantic. It was night so the view wasn’t much to look at. The service was very good, the food was super amazing and the tiramisu is absolutely to die for. We will return here for a lunch for the views, nice area even the hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience definitely worth another trip.

We were here to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious!!! Especially the mac and cheese and the filet mignon which were my favourite. Genuinely had a very good time and will definitely be my go to spot.

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend, so I decided to try it with my family and it did not disappoint. The spicy vodka rigatoni was one of the best I’ve ever had and the porterhouse steak was cooked perfectly. Not to mention the service which was incredible. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!!

We had a very lovely dinner at Ora. We did not have a reservation but they were happy to accommodate our group. Beautiful restaurant and the staff was extremely attentive. The price was fair for the quality of the food and beverages. We will definitely go again when I am in the area.

Came here to celebrate my sister’s 25th birthday at Ora, and it was absolutely amazing. From the warm greeting at the front door to the way they accommodated everything we asked for, the service was truly on point. The food was outstanding, and the staff made the entire experience feel special and seamless. I would highly recommend this place to everyone it’s exactly how a fine dining restaurant should be run, especially in a town like Rye.

Delicious meals made with great ingredients that tasted like they were cooked with care and from scratch. We went as part of a large party in the upper private dining room that was gorgeous in its own right, but still had a little extra seasonal flare for winter decor. A fantastic spot to see the sunset if you get the opportunity. The staff were excellent and worked well together to keep glasses full and delivered hot meals for a party of 15 at the same time so everyone got to eat together. Not a small feat. The food itself was great with beautiful presentation as well as flavor. While we ate off a slightly different menu for our party, I could see where it had been pulled or adapted from the main menu. Definitely a place where you will want to order an appetizer and a dessert for a fulfilling meal experience. If I find myself hungry in Rye and looking for a unique spot that delivers on food, service, and atmosphere, this is the place.

Had a wonderful lunch at this Italian steakhouse, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, and the staff greeted us with such warmth. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a great meal. The octopus was delicious, just a bit on the tender side, while the seafood and steak were exceptional in both flavor and presentation.

Excellent new modern Italian Steakhouse in Rye, NY. Wonderful selection of expertly chef prepared dishes combined with great ambiance and superb service. Parking is conveniently located at rear of the restaurant. Incidentally, if you know Rye, this new restaurant is located where the superb La Panetiere was previously located.

Don't go to Ora restaurant in Rye, New York if you are a couple celebrating an event or just want to enjoy an intimate dinner that one expects from a high-end restaurant. My husband and I went last night to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival we were informed that we could not be seated downstairs as we were a party of two and were lead upstairs. The upstairs area of this restaurant is cold and lacks any ambience. Making matters worse our table was next to a table set for a party of 12. We were expecting an intimate dinner in the spacious and quiet downstairs area of the restaurant replicating our experience when the restaurant existed as La Panetiere. The staff refused to change our table, so we decided to leave. We were not made aware of this policy when we made our reservation. We had celebrated our anniversary for many years at La Panetiere until it closed and were always seated downstairs. We were hoping that Ora would become a continuation of our custom. Unfortunately, this was not to be.
