Place is really close to the city center, restaurants, motor bike rentals! Owner is nice, always welcomed us with a smile. :) we really appreciated breakfast every morning that was included and didn't have to waste time on searching for a place to eat. His English is not amazing, but his daughter handles everything with the guests and was amazing! When the aircon stopped working in our room, she gave us another room the same evening. We ended up extending our stay 2 times!

Our stay for 4 nights in this hotel was awesome. I like the ambiance of the hotel..it feels like home. We paid $ 39 including breakfast, which is fairly cheap. Free water everyday and fruits... its a commendable place for couples and even family group. The staffs are very kind, especially the old man..he always greets us with a smile 😃...

There are hundreds of guesthouses to choose from in Siem Reap, and most of them are exactly the same. There wasn't much that was special about Oral d'Angkor, with a fairly basic, if somewhat larger than usual, fan-cooled room. The price was good, and the double room had two beds, which is always nice for laying your stuff out on. It got pretty hot in the evening, and this is the cool season, so consider this if you're not very heat tolerant. The location is decent, taking about 20 minutes to walk to most of the things you'd be interested in around Pub Street. Though it's far enough away from popular backpacker hotels like Funky Flashpacker that you won't be hearing music blaring all night. They also have a pretty unbeatable laundry service, $0.50/kg if you don't need it ironed and are willing to wait 24 hours. I would consider staying here again, but there are other hotels in the same area for the same price that might be a little nicer.

I just needed a cheap place to stay for the night before my bus to Battambang and the Oral D'Angkor more than satisfied my needs. It is a comfortable walking distance to Pub Street and towards the end of one of the main streets in Siem Reap so easy to navigate to and from. This isn't anything flash but for the same cost as a dorm bedroom that you would be sharing with who knows how many, you get a whole room with your own shower toilet facility, complimentary breakfast and an airport pick-up that is only a 20 minute tuk-tuk drive away. The new owner was so friendly and accommodating to my requests and I enjoyed having a good old chat with her. They will be conducting renovations in due course but if you just need a bed and a place to wash up on the cheap, this place will satisfy those needs.

Comfortable beds, airy/sunny cleans rooms, and free breakfast make this a great homestay. The staff makes it an excellent homestay. It truly is inviting. Staying at Oral D’Angkor is like never leaving home. The hospitality and humility is unmatched. Special thanks to Poa and Witchan ||for taking care us. Poa at the front desk was there for us continuously and is very friendly. Witchan is there for night staff and is also a host. One night we had to reheat food, Witchan stopped his eating and retired our food faster than Gordon Ramsey. The service truly is unmatched. Great stay all around.

Oral D’Angkor was a delightful place so naturally I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, comfy and clean and the location is walking distance to anything that you will need. The breakfast food was basic but delicious, beer was cheap and COLD, and the staff amazing. They me in the right direction and arranged my onward bus travel. Highly recommend.
