Orange Hill Beach Inn Hotel

Lovely clean room with amazing view from our balcony of the sea. Great food which we enjoyed on the little deck overlooking the beach and lit with fairy lights. The staff were all really friendly and went out of their way to help. Loved the help yourself coffee pot that was always available in the restaurant and am missing the rum punch!

Our flights were severely delayed out of Nassau and we needed to stay near the airport for one night. I found Orange Hill and am so thankful there was a room available!||We arrived at the hotel after 8pm, and we were greeted by Ricco, who was absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I loved him and he got us fed, got us our room, towels for a quick night swim, as well as arranged for our cab pickup back to the airport the next morning. ||Ricco is one of a kind and made the unpleasant start to our vacation a memorable one and we are forever grateful.

My husband and I enjoyed a great 4 night stay in April! The owners and staff were wonderful; the food was delicious (and reasonably priced); and the beach was quiet and beautiful! Our rental also had a great view of the ocean and a nice balcony. This is a great place for a laid back vacation! We look forward to returning with our kids in the future.

Rooms are simple but clean, basic toiletries are provided, AC works quickly! You can’t beat this location, it truly is a two minute walk down the path to the beach. The hotel sits on the small hillside up from the water, with plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the view and sunset! Be sure to try the restaurant, the options are local and delicious.

Booked one night on April 10, 2024. Great location near airport and across the street from a very nice beach. Excellent dinner (especially cracked conch) and breakfast. The hotel apprised us in advance on how to navigate the taxis situation so as not to get ripped off. $22 from airport to hotel-great. The hotel arranged our transportation back to the airport the next day. The lady named Princess came to pick us up on time. However she was not dressed or prepared to handle our luggage which was fairly heavy and we are near 80 years old. I assisted her getting the luggage into her vehicle. That was after I lifted my own luggage down two sets of steps. Once at the airport I asked about the charge. She hesitated and said $27 with the luggage. What? Never heard that before and I've traveled quite a bit in my life. I unloaded my own luggage, then paid her leaving a small tip. I would caution the hotel about recommending this person.

Disclaimer: we stayed at an air bnb down the street but used their restaurant for dinner one night. Amazing good, and the service was amazing, even though it was one young man, handling many tables. The food was just delicious, I got the Mahi and my wife the coconut curry chicken. Perfect portions and yummy to boot. The kittens/cats of all ages are just an added treat! One in particular will let you know she deserves all your food. Even if you aren't staying here, check out their restaurant.

What a lovely place to land to start a vacation! Stayed a night before traveling on to outer islands. Close to airport, chill youth hostel-like atmosphere up the hill and across the street from the beach, walking distance to amenities. Clean, simple, rooms located in several buildings around a central outdoor pool. Two well-loved and content calico cat residents. (Always a good sign.)

Orange Hill has a charm you will miss if staying at one of the large resorts. It’s located on a hill with a great view of the ocean. The staff are accommodating and went out of their way to make room for our travelers when we needed a last moment place to stay. They communicate quickly and make your stay easy. You can also grab the bus easily to visit the straw market, shopping, and nearby restaurants. Do yourself a favor and book with Orange Hill. 🍊
