All the 1-star reviews are accurate. This place scams you from the moment you arrive, claiming they need to charge more than the price listed on Booking because they’ve “lost access to that account” and it’s “not updated”, a dumb excuse. We found a cockroach in our room, and their solution was to send the most indifferent staff member to mop (part of) the floor. They refused to change our room, saying the place was fully booked — even though there was still availability showing on Agoda and Booking. The walls and ceiling were covered in bugs. Don’t come here, something’s definitely off about all the positive reviews.

We stayed here for one night the room is spacious and just okay for the low price point but the towels were dirty (brown marks), hair all over the bath and mucky surfaces the place didn't feel clean at all. I didn't mind since the price was so low I just asked at reception for new towels and some soap for the bathroom (I was using the shampoo to wash my hands) I was told someone would sort it later that night, we came back to the hotel after 12 at night and nothing had changed. I went down again and the nighttime receptionist was more helpful. The location is good but there are many similarly priced hotels in the area that offer higher quality

Within 30 minutes after our arrival, we had already found 2 cockroaches. When raising it to the staff, they didn't seem surprised at all, only asked whether we saw more than 2 (?!...), indicated that they can't move us to another room (even though we could see availability in Agoda), and offered a bottle of water as compensation. Beyond the cockroaches, the room overall was dirty: the shower curtains were moldy, the corners had dust, hair and dirt (especially in the bathroom), and the walls and door had dirt traces. Even though the price of the hotel is quite low (for Da Nang standards), the lack of hygiene, and the absence of effort from the staff to remediate the situation, are not acceptable.

Booked a room in the morning, asked if I could arrive at 2AM (when our bus arrived in Da Nang) and they confirmed our booking and said it was okay. I then double checked if this was still okay 3 hours before arrival, I received a call from one of them shortly after asking me to pay a deposit but my signal on the bus was bad. I then messaged them multiple times and said i'm happy to pay a deposit, I just need instructions on how to do so but received no response. Upon arrival at 2AM we were told they had given the room to somebody else because I didn't pay a deposit that they gave me no instructions on how to do, then they changed the excuse to an "electrical fault" in the room. If the room was no longer available they had hours to let us know but instead they ignored my attempts to contact them meaning we arrived in the early hours of the morning in a foreign country carrying heavy backpacks and had to then go from hotel-to-hotel for another 2 hours desperately looking for availability. The only place available was 10x the price and we were very lucky to find anywhere to sleep that night. Awful service and no consideration for the position they'd put their guests in by doing that. They had plenty of opportunity to contact me so we could make different arrangements but they didn't bother.

Definitely dont recommend staying at this hotel, it is not a safe environment, staff are not friendly and very very bad for boutique hotel standards and not hygienic. You can stay in better places for the same prices or by paying a little more. I couldn’t sleep all night, unfortunately I don’t think there was housekeeping and there were dirty stuff from previous people. There was a lot of rubbish on the stairs and corridor.

Great location of the hotel is the best feature of this hotel. The room was rather big, but they really have to take better care of the rooms. The room was cleaned, but only a bit. The cleaning staff doesn’t really clean the rooms. But it’s cheap and the location is very convenient.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived around midnight and were forced to wait for an hour without any clear explanation. Once we finally got our room, it had a queen-size bed, even though we had specifically booked a room with two separate beds. The refrigerator didn't work, and to top it off, we were charged an extra fee that wasn't part of our original booking. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory stay.

By far the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed in. Warning the cheap price is not worth living with bugs!!! You’ll see the corridors having ant army’s marching was the first red flag. It is poorly maintained. My room i saw a massive 🪳 2 times, then the Aircon stopped working and I was cooked in my room. I had to ask to change room then they gave me a room that had tons of bugs on the walls everywhere I had to kill them myself. The staff don’t care attitude and don’t take it seriously. And to top it off woke up to lots of bug bites. Will never book here again total waste of money. Do not book and go look at room first
