Great hotel. Very clean, and rooms cleaned every day. Proper bathroom, with bathtub; very unusual in Asia. Tv didn’t work, but this wasn’t really an issue. Very large hotel, I think there were 10 floors; but very quiet. Great price for what I received, I paid a little under €20, for 3 nights.

In spite of the glowing reviews of other guests, my experience was very different. The room was dirty when we checked in. There was hair and sweet wrappers in the space between the beds and when intild Reception, they said I would have to wait to inform the housekeeping the next day. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A RESTAURANT. No Room service either. You have to walk a good 10 to 12 minutes to find something to eat in the morning. In spite of booking a twin room, we got one bottle of water, one toothbrush and one water tumbler. Also there are no hand towels provided. The bath towels were old, stiff and torn. In spite of me paying for the 3 nights I stayed, they informed Booking.com that I didn't check in. I'm not sure why. The only good thing about this hotel is the location...that is great! Otherwise a really bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and never go there again.

This hotel is really dirty. The lobby had trash all over the floor. The walls in the hotel were covered in stains and the bathrooms didn’t look like they were cleaned at all. The ac smelled really bad when we turned it on, and the beds were really small. Ants in the rooms and the stairway had cigarette butts in it. All that considered, it was cheep, and was fine for one night. The whole place needs a deep clean BAD. If I could do it again, I would just spend a few more dollars on a nicer hotel.

PLEASE AVOID MOONLIGHT HOTEL AND THEIR HOTEL ORANGE TOO. WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS FOR 5 PEOPLE IN MOONLIGHT HOTEL IN OLD QUARTERS DA NANG, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 1AM THEY TOLD US ONE ROOM FOR 4 IS AVAILABLE AND ONE PERSON NEEDS TO STAY AT THEIR OTHER HOTEL NEAR BY CALLED ORANGE FOR A NIGHT, WITH THE OPTION THAT WE CAN CANCEL AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER HITEL AT 1AM. BOTH HOTELS LOOK DECENT FROM OUTSIDE BUT ARE VERY POORLY MANAGED INSIDE, WHEN ASKED FOR THE DISCOUNT THEY DIDNT EVEN LOWER THE PRICE ENOUGH FOR US AS MOONLIGHT IS 4 STAR AND ORANGE IS 3 STAR. THEY DID NOT MESSAGE ABOUT THIS ISSUE IN ADVANCE ON BOOKING.COM. AT NEARLY 2AM WE HAD TO GO TO ORANGE WHERE SINK WAS BLOCKED, BEDSHEETS WERENT CHANGED, LOTS OF DIRT, BROKEN BED, NO SOAP, NO TOWEL, BROKEN LAMP, NO CUPS, NO SPOONS. WE UNDERSTAND THINGS CAN GO WRONG BUT HOW THEY HANDLE IT MATTERS A LOT, IN THE MORNING WE HAD TO COME BACK TO MOONLIGHT WITHOUT EVEN BRUSHING TEETH. IN THE MOONLIGHT STAFF WERE VERY RUDE AND DIDNT EVEN LET US SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. IN THE MOONLIGHT AND ORANGE THEY ADVERTISE THEY HAVE KITCHEN BUT BOTH THE HOTELS DO NOT HAVE KITCHEN SINCE MONTHS. ROOMS HAVE A LOT OF DAMP, NO SOAP, NO TOWELS, NO TEA/COFFEE IN THE ROOMS EITHER.

Rooms infested with insects. Stains on towels. Stains on the beds. Windows leaking and not closing. Should be a 1 Star hotel. I regret not reading the reviews before I booked. You can get way better hotel for about the same price.

You've got to pay upfront before they check you in okay. I asked them to check me in to put my luggages down so i can go to ATM down the block ( i even allowed them to get a hold of my Password) they said NO. I went to another hotel across street checked in no problem.

Within 30 minutes after our arrival, we had already found 2 cockroaches. When raising it to the staff, they didn't seem surprised at all, only asked whether we saw more than 2 (?!...), indicated that they can't move us to another room (even though we could see availability in Agoda), and offered a bottle of water as compensation. Beyond the cockroaches, the room overall was dirty: the shower curtains were moldy, the corners had dust, hair and dirt (especially in the bathroom), and the walls and door had dirt traces. Even though the price of the hotel is quite low (for Da Nang standards), the lack of hygiene, and the absence of effort from the staff to remediate the situation, are not acceptable.

Booked a room in the morning, asked if I could arrive at 2AM (when our bus arrived in Da Nang) and they confirmed our booking and said it was okay. I then double checked if this was still okay 3 hours before arrival, I received a call from one of them shortly after asking me to pay a deposit but my signal on the bus was bad. I then messaged them multiple times and said i'm happy to pay a deposit, I just need instructions on how to do so but received no response. Upon arrival at 2AM we were told they had given the room to somebody else because I didn't pay a deposit that they gave me no instructions on how to do, then they changed the excuse to an "electrical fault" in the room. If the room was no longer available they had hours to let us know but instead they ignored my attempts to contact them meaning we arrived in the early hours of the morning in a foreign country carrying heavy backpacks and had to then go from hotel-to-hotel for another 2 hours desperately looking for availability. The only place available was 10x the price and we were very lucky to find anywhere to sleep that night. Awful service and no consideration for the position they'd put their guests in by doing that. They had plenty of opportunity to contact me so we could make different arrangements but they didn't bother.
