Great rooftop view of Krakow and Wawel. The service was great and the food was good. There was barely anyone else there when we went at 1pm which was perfect. Highlight recommend for chilling at to have a drink or two.

Best view on the castle, center and river we had so far. But what is even more pleasant - food was really tasty and waitresses were maximum attentive and charming. So in general we had a great evening, recommend!

Amazing Restaurant, local traditional foods with a touch of experience from around the world. We had the Salmon, Tartar and the amazing duck breast.

For picturesque views across the city, great service and good food, you would be hard pressed to find a better venue. It's a little on the pricy side, but you are paying for the experience as well as the food. If you don't like cream, your food choices may be a bit restricted but a thoroughly enjoyable evening Given its on the roof, it's a lift to the floor below and then stairs so is not wheelchair accessible

Fantastic views and excellent food. The staff as very accommodating to diet restrictions, and substitute ingredients to make great alternatives. Service is great too! 2022 summer edit: We come here pretty often and the menu changes regularly. The prices have gone up recently due to the times, but that’s true everywhere. We always enjoy the lovely views and the dishes are timed well to make the most of a conversation. You can expect to spend 1.5-2hrs here comfortably. Great food as always!

The place is a great rooftop. Make sure you do make a reservation. I didn't so I was sat by the wall. Drinks are reasonable.

More fancy than we wanted but great food and service. On top of the Kossak Hotel, the rooftop offers stunning views of the river, the castle and at least 20 steeples and towers of Kraków. Great place for a bedtime cocktail. The restaurant interior is simple and classy. Linens, glassware and table settings are nicely done. Menu has lots of choices of both traditional Polish dishes and fancy preparations. A complimentary appetizer of minced herring sitting in a pool of richly green, beautiful olive oil. So mild! A special was rabbit leg in cream sauce. It was really good and very rich. Mushrooms are big, traditional and regularly served. The cream sauce was mushroom. I Aldi had a mushroom soup which was creamy as if they had melted the mushrooms. A big yum yum there. Wife had a filet steak which was so-so. But the biggest hit for both of us were the bean, pea, tiny mushroom, greens and carrots medley wife had. It was so subtle in taste and so finely chopped that you went from your mouth to your eyes to figure out just what you were eating. My medley was without beans or peas, but did contain tiny sprigs of violets. The mystery remain unsolved as to composition. Service was excellent and once it was dark we could look out at the lighted castle across the river. Recommend you give it a try.

Awesome place for a wedding reception. The view here is spectacular. The Wawel castle is right in front of you. Down below on the Wisła boats are constantly going to and fro. Visible too are the spires of the Mariacki church off in the distance. At night, if you're lucky, fireworks might go off over the river. The root-top terrace is a great place for guest to socialize and to smoke. The indoor area can accommodate eighty or so and still leave enough room for dancing. A cool thing that they have is a photo machine. It lets guests take goofy pictures of themselves in various poses and costumes (provided), which you can then put into your wedding album. The food here is rather mediocre in my opinion. Some of my friends think that it's straight out catastrophic. In any event, it's not a good place to go if you just want to drop in for a meal. Either you rent out the entire place for the evening or don't come at all.

Service was rude (Symon). When noted we only wanted a drink and admire the view, did not offer heater for patio, did not ask if we were hotel guests (so lost our discount and refused to refund or recalculate). Did not want to accept voucher for free drink, from hotel! Did not ask what currency we preferred. And all the manager said was "so sorry". Very disappointed.

Extremely slow / non-existent service. Ordered a beef tenderloin and wasn't even asked how I wanted it cooked--came out nearly rare while I prefer well done. Wine menu consists of "red or white"--really?? That's like going to a car dealer and your only options being "2 door or 4 door" car. Get it together guys.
