Orazio Palace Hotel

We recently stayed at the Orazia Palace Hotel in Rome and overall had a really pleasant experience. The hotel itself is lovely, in a great part of the city, with a very good breakfast and a well-equipped gym. However, the biggest downside was the lack of air conditioning or any way to regulate the room temperature. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived — and this was in February. The only way to cool it down was to open the window, but doing so meant raising the automatic blind completely, leaving the room fully visible from outside. If you closed the window and blind, the room quickly became very warm again. This isn’t what we expected from a 4-star hotel, and it does make us wonder what the rooms would be like in the middle of summer. Overall, it was a nice stay, but we would only return if the rooms had proper air conditioning. If you’re planning a summer trip, it’s definitely something to think about.

A fantastic hotel in a lovely area of Rome. Each and every member of the team are very warm, welcoming and friendly, they helped to make our stay in Rome very special. We stayed in an executive room which was extremely spacious. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant/bar with excellent views of St. Peters Basilica which we enjoyed during the day and also at night when it is lit up. The Vatican is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant food and drinks are very high quality with generous portion sizes. All in all, this is an excellent hotel.

We have just come back from a 3 night stay here , what can I say on arrival we was pleased we could get into our room early and was amazed they had given up an upgraded room to superior room the room was clean and very nice the bed was massive!! 10/10 and comfortable, the receptionists are very welcoming, polite and professional, the breakfast was good aswell so many choices certainly enjoyed it, the rooftop bar is good for the view! The location is perfect, only 15 min walk to piazza del popolo, 11 min walk to Castel Sant'Angelo , most certainly would recommend this hotel and most definitely will be coming back again

The hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to majority of Rome attractions. Plenty of choices in terms of food. The front desk team are very friendly.

Orazio Palace hotel was amazing. Rooms very clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to April who helped us to book our trip to The Leaning Tower of Pisa and who gave us the help to navigate the trains. Such a wonderful day! Restaurant was beautiful and food and service fab.

The hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very close to the Vatican. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but had everything you need for a good start to the day. All in all, a lovely, modern place in a great location — highly recommended!

Great hotel. Very good service. Room was really nice and comfy. Lots of choice for breakfast, which was really nice. Roof top bar and restaurant here as well giving great views. Few minutes walk from the Vatican, but you'll need a taxi, or bus if you want to get in to central Rome. Or good legs!

Great hotel - location was perfect - everything was very walkable - even further things like the Colosseum was a 40 min walk but lots to see along the way. Breakfast was great - lots of selection, rooftop restaurant had beautiful views. Gym had everything you needed. Parking was extremely easy and safe right next door. Two minutes from the Vatican. 10/10 - staff was so helpful and friendly.
