We are surprised that Orazio33's rating is only 4.2/5. I stayed here with 2 other friends in the "Suite with spa bath". Overall, our experience was super positive and we would definitely stay here again. Pros: - Unbeatable location: being in the historic center of Monopoli makes all the difference for the “vibe of the trip”. The place is really close to all the best restaurants, the port, and churches. The metro station is a 20-minute walk, but access is also easy. - Cleanliness: the apartment, all common areas, and bed linens are clean. - Quietness: this was the most positive point. Unlike some reviews mentioned here, even facing the main street, the apartment is completely silent due to the windows that totally isolate the sound. We slept well every night and did not hear noise from other rooms. - Decoration: the decoration is beautiful, even better than in the photos, which makes our experience much more charming. - Check-in and access to the building/room: access is done with a code on all doors, which greatly increases convenience. - Breakfast: breakfast operates through a voucher system, which entitles you to a coffee, an orange juice, and any other item from the menu at a café located below the B&B. We loved eating there every day and found the options much superior to the typical cornetto with coffee of the Italian breakfast. - Shared terrace: the B&B has a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the city. - General: both the main bed and the sofa bed are large and reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning and hairdryer also work well and the room has several available outlets. There is a safe available in the room and coffee and drinkable water in the shared kitchen. Cons: - Shower: there is no holder for the shower hose, which means you have to hold it while showering. It also ends up leaving the bathroom quite wet as there is no shower curtain.

Great location right in the heart of Monopoli. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we stayed for a week so we slept well. Thank you to the great host for helping us get around for laundry, hair and nails. We will certainly be back Ciao

We stayed 2 nights and had the best time. You step outside onto the old town roads which have some great restaurants, shops, beach 5 min walk. The room we had was very spacious, so perfect for a family. Valeria was great at giving some ideas of where it eat and was kind enough to arrange parking for us so we didn’t have the stress of finding somewhere! We loved the restaurant; La locanda dei pescatori! ||||Would highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodation!! Perfect location, high specification and charming kitchen and communal areas! The fact that you can book all of the rooms makes it the perfect choice if you are staying in Monopoli with a larger group of people as well. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Monopoli! Thank you again!!

Nice, spacious room. Large bed, which is great. Remember that it’s in the middle of the city, means bars and restaurants very close (great) but noisy at night and trash gets collected early morning (bad). Don’t expect a lot of sleep (depends also on neighbors staying next door), but great experience when going out and have fun.

Great spot in the heart of old town Monopoli. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and big. Check in was very easy. The staff is great and makes you feel really welcome! 😊 Orazio33 has a small kitchen & dining area. You will find here a refrigerator and all you need to make little breakfast, tea or coffee. It would be a pleasure to visit again!

Perfect place in Monopoli, right in the heart of Old Town of Monopoli. The bed was amaizing. The place is very clean and Valeria is a super Host, ready to help you Any time. We will come back definetly.

First it is perfectly located on Monopoli, in the old town...Then the B&B is amazing, nice and clean (you have a cleaning service every day with new bed sheet and towels)...Valeria gave us also excellent places to go, restaurants, beaches...(we recommend especially the beautiful beach "Marza" where you will have a discount) To finish, Valeria is very alvailable for the guest, always ready to answer to your questions, we lived a dream week !!!
