Orbost Club Hotel

I just had lunch here with my wife and kids and it was a bloody awesome experience. The food was unreal and the setup is so nice for a family, we ate in the beer garden and it was the ultimate setup. The food we ordered: - kids spag bolognaise x2, both kids devoured it. - duck spring rolls and prawn dumplings were both absolutely delicious, the waiter said that they are handmade. And it certainly tasted that way. - Parma of the week (mac and cheese), delicious and massive. The chicken snitz that it was cooked on was unreal.

Great food, affordable prices and the “money ceiling” is all for a good cause. Highly recommend the burger or Parma. The kids meals were a hit, both my daughters smashed theirs with no bribing.

What a gem if a pub! Nestled in the Main Street of Orbost you couldn’t ask for a more authentic country pub experience! The meals were delicious and the staff were awesome . Do your self a favour and stop by. Will definitely return 🤩

Dined on Wednesday 15 Oct 2025 Let’s seperate food from service. Service 1/5 - the 4 owners of this pub must understand that pubs are a service industry. Take note. The young guy serving behind the bar in the dining room tonight needs serious customer service training. His attitude is a disgrace, he can’t smile to save himself, both my table and the table next to us complained about the length of time to both receive food, and the taste of one of their beers and he just grunted and shrugged his shoulders like he couldn’t care less, zero personality and zero customer service. You the owners take note, either commit training to these people or get them out of your business as they are the face of your business and it’s currently a terrible look. Food 4/5 After 50 minutes the entree and mains came out together. The food was really good, both of us were really impressed with the quality, size, presentation, was a really good feed, great pub feed and would definitely come back and recommend the food, well done. The flavours were really good. This is a very honest review as you must understand service is just as important if not more important.

The food was ok but they didn’t have a non alcoholic drink menu the servers had to write what they had that was nonalcoholic on paper and all it was were soft drinks and coffee and the room were very small but they’re was a amazing kind of Kitchen wich has a tv a microwave and more.

We had dinner at the Orbost Club Bistro. Agnes had the Cajun Chicken Stack and I have the Steak Sandwich. Both were good and filling! The best place to eat and drink while in the vicinity

We went for drinks and dinner today, well done guys, the atmosphere and friendliness was amazing, and the food was very nice. Such a great place to go , walking distance from the caravan park. 10/10.

Ok. To put it simply, I loved my lunch here. One of the owners took our order, made our drinks, and served our delicious meal. A friendly man, he showed me a picture of Craig's hut on one of their walls and shared info on where to go when I mentioned the movie The Man from Snowy River. The schnitzel and veggies were perfect and the gummy shark was excellent. He made the best Lemon Lime Bitters of trip. The men at the bar were also lovely and friendly to this American. I think one thing I loved was the article about four men having a dream. I highly recommend eating here...it felt a bit like home...
