Orbost Club Hotel

Last stayed here about 19 years ago. There has been a huge upgrade by the new owners. Service was friendly and efficient. We were able to park our motorcycles in the secure back shed. Bathrooms have been partially renovated,the showers were great. The upstairs lounge area was clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities. The food in the bistro was excellent. The only issue is if you stay here after a couple of hot days the room can stay very warm , as it is a full brick building.

A very well kept old hotel with a classic bar and dinning room, and modern beer garden and pavilion area. Located in the main street easy walking distance to most accommodation. Well priced simple selection of dishes for every taste. Very reasonably priced drinks. Service was very efficient. The staff were very friendly. The dining area was full when we arrived on Sunday evening but no trouble the 'young woman who was a 3rd year trainee doctor doing a local placement' set us up in the pavilion area. We really enjoyed the experience. We will stay next time we're passing through.

Great country atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great menu with Pub staples such as parkas & fish & chips . Also great selection of Chefs meals. Generous servings. Well cooked & promptly served. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.|Local lads building a great business.

The steak sandwich was amazing. The steak was like half a cow, an added egg did wonders and the bun just wow'd me. The beer cold and the bar staff very friendly and up for a chat. Great place to call in to for a feed.

Had a great meal tonight at the Orbost club hotel. Very busy on a Monday night which is always great to see. Food was great, management was welcoming and showed us around the hotel and all the events happening. Very well managed, just what the town needed. Reasonable meal prices and drinks Thankyou Craig

Had dinner here tonight. Unbelievable food. My husband and I had the seafood platter, Incredible!!! The meal was huge!!! We have had seafood in Sydney and this was as good. Not over done and chewy, just absolutely perfect and all of the meals arrived hot!!! My boys had a scotch fillet and Nachos. No complaints here!!! We will be back. Well done Chef!!

We had dinner here. I had a great Pork belly stir-fry and my wife had Laksa. Both very good. Can recommend. The service was great.

Don’t touch the carpet with your feet and you should be right! Easier to stay here than sleep in your car, and marginally more comfortable. A fond memory.
