Orchard Central is an interesting and vibrant shopping mall along the Orchard Road shopping belt. The mall features wide walkways and plenty of resting areas — a welcome relief for avid shoppers. There is a myriad of places to eat and cozy cafés to relax in throughout the mall. Its anchor tenant, the largest Uniqlo in Asia, adds to the convenience and appeal. A hotel is also linked to the mall. Lastly, the mall is conveniently located directly above Somerset MRT station.

Orchard Road is absolutely magical during Christmas! The lights, decorations, and festive music make it feel like a winter wonderland. Great place to shop, take photos, and enjoy the holiday spirit. Highly recommend visiting in the evening!

The mall could benefit from clearer signage—navigating to the restaurants was surprisingly tricky. I found myself wandering around more than expected, which made the visit feel a bit frustrating.

A crowded place connected via nearest somerset MRT and adjacent to another popular mall 313. Many shopping and dining places to explore. Evenings and weekends could be very crowded. Watch some live performances during this festive season in the common area.

Take the lifts at this mall at your own risk! Lift got stuck at Level 4 and I was in there for more than 30m. Not the first time this has happened in this mall. Unfortunately besides the lifts, theres no other easier way to get to the upper levels as the design of the escalators are convulated and long winded. 👎

A relatively busy mall at the first level on a Monday night in the orchard road area. It still carries a fresh vibe at the first level area despite being around for a few years now. Maybe because Somerset MRT station is just at its basement. The restaurants at the basement looks very quiet though. Conveniently situated beside orchard road and somerset road so served by a couple of buses as well.
