Amazing tasting coffee (we got a bag of beans to go as well). You can taste the unique coffee beans in the drink. Great breakfast sandwich and delicious chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. Customer service was also top notch. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try. Worth it!

The best there is! Incredible coffee , baked goods and breakfast that is warm and delicious, every single time. The kindest staff and a wonderful family running the place. An absolute must stop in WNC!

This is a nice little coffee shop. The coffee and the food were superb. If it gets busy there isn’t a lot of seating, but there is outdoor seating just up the block. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Woah, this was quite the find. We were driving up from Atlanta and stopped for coffee. The cappuccino was literally perfect- the espresso tasted great, the microfoam texture was spot on, art was well done. The breakfast sandwich tasted great with a nice soft bun and balanced well with the pickled onions. Recommended without hesitation, haven’t had coffee this good since Seattle.

Easily the best coffee shop I have ever been to. I’ve been to coffee shops all around the world, and this is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had. Not only is the coffee unbelievable, but the food is top notch. Their blueberry muffins are to die for. They offer different breakfast sandwiches, and they are incredible. Not only the food, but they make homemade hot sauce. It’s so good, that I buy it to take home back to Atlanta. While my wife and I lived there, one of the highlights of my week was being able to go out and work from Orchard every Friday. I have never had such incredible service and friendships with a local business. We still keep in touch with the staff and the people there even though we moved to Atlanta over a year ago. Truly the greatest people you will ever meet. Orchard Coffee will truly always hold a special place in my wife and I’s life!

These guys know their coffee! The quality of the espresso was perfect. The milk froth was perfect and the barista was on point with her latte art. I failed to get photos but if you go check Orchard, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to take your own!

Everyone talks about the coffee, and yes it is good but that chocolate chip cookie… that cookie is slap your momma good. Everything about this coffee is shop is awesome, including the people. Always look forward to when we are in town and stopping in.

Such a precious coffee spot in waynesville. Staff were super friendly, the coffee was delicious, and pastries were great too! Parking is along the street and limited. This is a great spot to come and work remote, there's plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. Loved our time here!

A small but adorable coffee shop. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is amazing. Very warm and welcoming. They greet you as soon as you walk in. Service is very fast. Order at the counter the deliver you food to your table and call your name once your coffee is done. The coffee is delicious most of the time. They make some of their own flavors to add to your coffee. Some of the premade flavors make your coffee taste basic. All and all a great place to get a great cup of coffee.

Headed down to Waynesville this past weekend to see a friend and stop by here. Had heard some hustle and bustle about this coffee shop and so I was excited to try it. The shop itself is incredibly adorable. The aesthetics are on point. It's got great visuals and is somehow elaborate but simple. They have a good amount of homemade looking pastries, as well as plenty of coffee options. Nothing too fancy but I prefer smaller menus done well. Inside, you will find some nice tables and bright lighting. Only one bathroom so there tends to be a line. The space itself it's a little crowded and tiny if it's busy. The Americano I got took a long time, but they taste delicious. Due to the fact that the space is pretty cramped in the workers are pretty busy, it wouldn't be my first spot unless it was a slow morning. However, I did really enjoy the aesthetics, the location, the coffee and the ambiance. Just as a tip, we walked up the street to a little community outside table. So awesome and beautiful.

I visited this coffee shop because the group I was with at the apple festival wanted coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker but had just tasted some matcha at one of the vendor's tables. Much to my surprise, Orchard had matcha on their menu! I liked it so much, I even bought a 'yeti' type cup from the coffee shop to keep my drink warm while we walked around the festival. There were pastries on the menu but none of my group purchased any as we had just eaten breakfast. They all looked delicious, tho. There was only minimal seating inside the shop. Most people were using the tables to wait for the restrooms or for their orders to be completed. The staff was great. With a line half way down the street waiting to order, they all seemed to be in perfect rhythm with their coworkers. They were even jovial through the stress of so many customers at once.

Stopped in for a Cortado on a rainy day. Nicely presented and very tasty. Small cafe size wise but convenient to downtown Waynesville.

I mean, it was coffee. In a huge place that looked pretty cool. I'm not a huge coffee person, I drink it to get caffeine and not really for the taste, so I'm sure other reviewers will be more knowledgeable than me. Had some holiday special drink when I went it that was a lot of money, but hey, it did the job.

Pretty cute place, I liked all the plants inside. The chai was good but that LAVENDER mocha or latte (icr which) was amaaaazing. Even had a cute little heart made with the froth :)

Visited twice while in Waynesville, NC. Their Matcha and Chai Iced Tea is best I've ever had. Lots of flavor!!

Quick stop for a Cortado in a long distance trip. Delicious beverage with attention to detail, even though it was a to-go order. Will make this a regular stop from now on!

We met friends for coffee at Orchard Coffee, and we enjoyed everything about it. Coffee was good, service was excellent, and we're already thinking about the next time we get to visit Waynesville and Orchard Coffee. Hubby and I had a latte, and a friend got the Earl Grey iced tea. It looked beautiful, and our friend said it was delicious. Visit here soon!

This place is the real deal! Delicious coffee with coffee art. The group that was in there were so friendly and chatted with us about the local area. The inside is so cute and cozy. I would come back and hang out for a bit when we have more time. We had a fresh muffin and a scone to go. The muffin was still warm from the oven and was super light and fluffy. The scone was loaded with fruit. We will come back for beautiful coffee and breakfast very soon. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

This place was exceptional!! The coffee, food and service were fabulous. Especially loved the lavender latte and the Jalepeno cheddar scone. Max was super helpful and friendly as well. Will most definitely will be returning here next time we're in town.

Really great products but occasionally infuriating customer service. I'll recount one of those from a visit one afternoon. I walked in just behind a group of 8 or so. Waited patiently behind them all as they ordered. Groups normally take longer to order than individuals, since they're talking and discussing options etc. Understandable, I get it. Finally get my order in. Waiting....all the others get served. Still waiting and I notice barista is gone. Hmmm must be in the back getting something. Minutes go by. Still no barista. Now I'm looking around for him. It's probably been 15-20 minutes since I walked in. I look outside and he's down the street casually chatting w a guy who I guess he's giving coffee grounds to?? Go to cashier, she apologizes and jumps in to make my drink. She did ok but not really up to snuff. No refund. No comp. I always tip well and that tip was of course kept for this "service". So that's one incident. Just saying, don't be shocked when it happens to you. I went from being an almost daily customer to maybe every couple of months and only if it's slow. Too bad. This could be a really great shop. Great product just brace yourself for a random bad service experience and you'll feel better about it when it's your turn.

Cabell made the visit such a pleasant experience! We are visiting from San Diego and so glad a friend recommend this place for us to try :) The staff are friendly, the coffee/food is AMAZING and the house made syrups are the cherry on top. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!! 5/5

Don't ever plop yourself here if you expect an Internet connection. I've been there on two occasions in the past two weeks and when their Internet doesn't work they blame it on the weather

The best homemade scones ever! Hot out of the oven. Love this spot. Clean, modern, well lit, welcoming. Friendly staff, very accomodating, plenty of space to hang out and enjoy your cup of coffee or snack. Breakfast burrito is very tasty too. Nice quality chocolate bars also for sale. A bit crowded on Sat. Closed Wed.

I tell everyone who will listen to come try the coffee and I bring all my friends and family too. I am not a local but visit often and make it a point to stop in while in town. This is just off Main Street and walkable if you are staying downtown or there is plenty of street parking. All of the employees are nice, helpful and courteous. Try the honey cinnamon syrup in your coffee, you won't regret it! I've had it in both iced and hot coffee and love the flavor. The fresh muffins are a favorite too. On my last trip I got the days they were closed mixed up so when I parked and got out a nice man told me they were closed that day. That's when I realized the day mix up and he said well what were you going to order? I just said just a few coffees. He said hang on I will make it for you. Turns out he was the owner and he did in fact open the store and make me coffee. Nothing compares to the hospitality you get in Waynesville and I will be sure to stop in on all my future trips. He made both mine and my dad's day. You won't regret stopping here.

I ordered a hot coffee with whole milk and their homemade cinnamon and vanilla syrup as well as a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich and it was delicious! My fiancé and I aren't local but if we were this would definitely be our coffee shop stop. Service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was very relaxed and I'm sure they had WiFi since I saw people working on their computers. Definitely a place to check out

Fabulous coffee and breakfast shop! Great food and friendly, welcoming staff. I had French Toast with warm, real maple syrup and fresh berries. My husband had the egg and sausage breakfast sandwich. We can't wait to be back in the area again.

I love going to this cafe every chance I get. The flavor of the coffee is entirely unique to anything else I've tried and the pastries vary every time I go. Their scones are incredible and always have a different spin. Occasionally I try one of their other options like the chocolate chunk cookie and the amazing French toast. The staff are also incredibly kind and friendly. I've been going for a year so far and they've made sure that they remember our names. The shop has a very mellow and calm atmosphere that can ease your mind. Usually it isn't too crowded and we can find a seat easily, but other times it's so busy you can't find anywhere to sit. It is my favorite coffee shop and I plan to continue going for as long as I can.

Best hot-latte I've ever had. They make the syrups in-house too. The Honey-Cinnamon was out of this world. Can't recommend this place enough. They've got the juice!

Super great coffee and pastry. But if you want to have a private, quiet conversation - not the place. We could hear the conversation of another couple and it was not pleasant. We left and went to outside seating on the corner. cmasonb

Located just off of the main drag. Awesome vibe! We were visiting from out of state and this barista-he was fantastic. Really knew his stuff and was a spicy dresser too. We received and observed excellent service from all of the employees. Everyone got along and worked as a team to provide us and the other customers great service. My husband had drip coffee and liked it so much that we bought a bag to take home. I got a shot of espresso and Avocado Toast which was really yummy. It consisted of cream cheese, pickled onions, tomato, black pepper and avocado on delicious fresh bread. We'll be return customers for sure.

Orchard Coffee is among the finest third wave coffee places out of dozens I have visited throughout the southeast. Bailey is a coffee artisan and scientist. I drive an hour round-trip for this morning ritual.

Very nice local coffee house and roaster. They have very good coffee and service. They staff is friendly and attentive. I also had the arugula salad which I enjoyed. The scones were good as well. Definitely the best coffee shop I found in the area.

What an amazing gem. To find coffee of this caliber in a small town is amazing, but perhaps the best thing is you get coffee on the level of the finest coffee house in a big city but combined with small town service! Truly the best possible combination and, without a doubt, the finest coffee house I have ever visited.

This is a coffee shop for those who appreciate coffee. This place is not cheap 4.50 for a pour over coffee. Is the coffee good? Absolutely it's fantastic, but expect Apple computers and bloggers. The most expensive chocolate bar I have ever seen 12$!!! Wow I was curious how good or better than a 4 or even 5 bar but 12$ is a little crazy for chocolate even for me. Anyway the coffee and food (snacks) is the best in waynesville the cups and lids are compostable so I'll pay a premium for that. Thanks Orchard! The people running the place are friendly and nice. It's a little small compared to panecea or Starbucks. But there it is nicely decorated good music and a chessboard.

This coffee shop had a very good cup of hot coffee, fresh and flavorful. The iced coffee was mixed just right with a good balance of sweet and coffee taste. The place was a little small for my family that includes three young kids, but thankfully we didn't break anything on the way out.

Visiting from out of town. Always concerned I won't find good coffee with great vibe. FOUND IT! Clean. Nice people. Great americano. Love it here.

Cute little coffee shop across from the courthouse in Waynesville. Had a fresh cup of coffee and the BEST Apple turnover. It's a relaxing place with a fresh feel. The owners (family owned) are here all the time. Definitely a place to stop in for a relaxing break in your day (or after a bad day in court).

We took a little trip to Waynesville for a weekend getaway. I absolutely love the atmosphere in Orchard Coffee, the music choice fits perfect with the decor. The service was great, the lady who served us was very kind. We ordered the Cold Brew and Iced Chai tea. THE DRINKS WERE PERFECT!! Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Waynesville.

Best espresso anywhere. Homemade blueberry muffins are to die for. The space itself is gorgeous. I'd highly recommend stopping in here whether you're a local or you're from out of town. Don't come expecting cheap coffee, you pay top dollar for a superior product. As an example, my blueberry muffin included blueberries the owner and his wife picked by hand. Was that worth $3? Yes, yes it was. The key differentiator, I think, is the fact that the owner believed in relationships over transactions. I personally saw him let a guy in right after closing and make that fellow a latte... how great is that? I will be back and I'm telling everyone I know about it.

Always warm and wonderful. This morning I had their bacon cheddar artichoke quiche as well as a warm chocolate almond scone. A quad latte will be mine for a short time. Lovely.

We were visiting the area when we found this spot. They stopped serving breakfast at noon but opened the kitchen for us because we had a hard time finding park and just missed the cut off. Live savers when traveling with small children. Their food and coffees are amazing! Highly recommended! Amazing staff!

I've been able to enjoy great coffee in great shops around the globe and Orchard sits high on the list of my all time favorites. I've never once had a bad experience there. The coffee quality is on point, the food is delicious and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
