Orchard Lane Coffee House

We were looking for solid specialty coffee when we were in the area and this didn’t disappoint. We had such a great experience we came back again for breakfast the next day. We also got the beans we enjoyed the most to brew at home. Food wise, we regretted not trying the toastie, but the pastries were pretty good. Personally, I enjoyed the cruffin (strawberries & cream mmmm!) more than the dense buns. On our first visit, a very sweet barista kindly gave our little one marshmallows when he requested for it in his babyccino (unfortunately she was not around on our second visit). Nevertheless, service was friendly and efficient. Come early if you want a table!

This small cafe on Sandgate High Street was one of the best parts of our trip. The cappuccino I ordered was made with precise measurements of ingredients and hence tasted out of this world. Their pastries and cakes were also very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

If you’re searching for speciality coffee and only have time for one spot - make it Orchard. It’s worth going out your way for. Visited on 4 consecutive days. Work flow was a pleasure to watch, super friendly vibes and quite possibly the best pour overs I’ve had all year.

This is such a nice cozy cafe! Matcha Oat Latte was very good and they also had many pastries to choose from. The atmosphere was so nice and cozy I loved the overall vibe of this cute cafe, it was a little busy but with good reason. Service was very attentive and quick. Would Recommend.🙂

Had lovely pot of assam tea leaves served on small board, with tiny milk bottle and tea cup. I also enjoyed a delicious piece of apple and pear crumble cake. They only offered light brown sugar, I didn't ask if they had white granulated sugar.

If you're looking for the best coffee in sandgate, this is it. Pricey but nice. Drinks are great, staff are friendly, pastries are fantastic too.

Really modern artisan coffee with guest brewers and a splendid barista. I had the filter / pour over which was incredibly well made 👏 They have guest roasters on the filter menu which I will be trying next time ☕️

World class pourover (filter) coffee, and everything else is delicious too. Friendly team, nice environment, seats indoor and out
