Checked in late evening. Upon booking had requested a quiet room. Woke up early morning next day to construction noise right outside my room. Was a loud rumbling/hacking noise impossible to ignore if one wished to sleep/relax. Thank you to Hema at reception for arranging a room change that afternoon, after I explained the situation. On returning that afternoon after running errands, I packed my bags and called down to reception. Gentleman who answered told me a bellboy would come up to escort me to new room and help move my belongings. After he arrived and gave me my new keycards at the door, I quickly went back inside to retrieve my bag and other items. By the time I went back to the door, the bellboy had disappeared. No offer to help carry belongings to the new room. New room was on a slightly higher floor, pool facing, but much quieter, able to enjoy the last 2 nights of my 3-night stay. Only other minor issue was that at times, reception did not answer calls from room. And if they did, it took many attempts to get an answer. Hotel managment should really put a notice about renovations works on 3rd party booking sites, not just their corporate homepage.
