Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, Singapore

Excellent service by Azhar who was the guest service executive who served me and my husband. Our shopping was left in a taxi and I was unable to provide the booking reference. |Azhar spoke to the security and through CCTV footage was able to identified the taxi driver and called the cab company and was able to get the shopping returned to us. He was most courteous patient and went that extra mile to help us. I would recommend Hotel Orchards Rendezvous to anyone anytime .Best experience so far in a country that we visited.||When we first arrived Asyraf was in the front reception. He welcomed us very warmly and made us feel special. Due to our very first visit in Singapore he upgraded our room to a balcony with a view which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent experience .

Rooms are large enough and nicely done. Bathroom could use extra light at the sink. Breakfast served by Samy is great, highlight of the day. The complaint is noise. Even on the higher floors road noise is very present, throughout the night. And construction during the day. Sloppy sliding doors and single pane glass is just not good enough. An issue for light sleepers. The AC works well, keeps the room cool but runs continuously and is far from silent. I would also think they would try to lower the humidity in the hotel but if they do, I did not notice that. I realize this is Singapore, but when you keep the place closed, you should be able to improve this. The hotel needs some work done.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel! Just a note for future guests, be sure you’re booking the right property, as there are a few hotels in Singapore with “Rendezvous” in the name. This one is located at the end of Orchard Road, on Tanglin Road. The stay was truly worth the money. The experience exceeded my expectations: especially in terms of location and the spaciousness of the room. Although it’s an older hotel, they have rebranded and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were also very attentive and helpful. I had a few requests during my stay, and they accommodated them with so much care. For example, when I mentioned that the extra bed was a bit uncomfortable on the first night and was causing me some back pain, the front desk took action in a thoughtful way. The staffs added a couple of extra layers of bedding on top of the mattress (while i was also inside the room, so they want me to try it on first and let them know if it's still uncomfy in any ways), which transformed the bed into something perfectly comfortable. On top of that, they also provided me with two additional pillows, so the extra bed had three pillows instead of just one. Oh they also have ironing board and clothes iron. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and they kept praising how spacious the room was. The three of us, along with our three suitcases, had plenty of room to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. We could even keep all our luggage open at the same time while still having space to walk around and perform activities such as spreading out a prayer mat for shalat. That level of comfort is so appreciated. Another highlight was the surprise gesture on my birthday. Even though I hadn’t mentioned it or made any special request, the hotel sent a cake and a card to my room. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming touch that made my day extra special. If I had to point out one minor downside, it would only be that the bathroom is a little dated (but still very clean) and doesn’t have a bidet or jet shower beside the toilet. That said, the bathtub, hot water, and water pressure all worked perfectly, so it wasn’t a major issue. And i noticed that they did not provide hair dryer in the room? maybe guests should've requested if they want to borrow? anyways i brought my own, so its not an issue for me. Overall, I would love to stay here again. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and such genuine hospitality made this stay truly memorable. My wife and I stayed here for a week in September 2025 and had an amazing time, |The room was nice with a great view of the pool and some of the city, 1206.|The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and made up nice for our return each afternoon, |We had breakfast included and this was a fantastic decision, the breakfast foods were varied each day with plenty of different varieties to choose from.|They have 3 restaurants within the building and a minutes walk to Hard Rock café, |Once we worked out the buses and train lines everything was easy to get to, thanks to Mario the head concierge he was a great laugh and fantastic for ideas and places to see that we hadn't thought of "Thanks Mario"|A taxi to and from the airport was very easy and cost Approximately $40 S/d|if you decide to use the trains and buses just use your own bankcard to swipe on and off for all of them it is a much easier and cheaper option. | |We definitely will return.

Clean and spacious room, although it felt a bit outdated, but worth it for the price. I love the location, so many restaurants and shopping spaces around! Bus stop is right infrong. Staff are friendly and efficient too. Appreciate the gesture for preparing a birthday card and small cake for me during our stay. My child loved the pool as well!

We had a lovely time in Singapore. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast was a bit basic. Some water blasting of rooves etc would make all the difference.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff – a huge thank you to Samy from the club lounge and Ashraf for their amazing assistance with our booking. The room was perfect – clean and comfortable. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend! had a wonderful stay.

Nice clean hotel. Great location. Staff were mainly good except for staff in breakfast room. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Eggs fried in heaps of oil. I asked for little to no oil and they wouldn’t do it. Just gave me a dirty look. The lady cooking the eggs was dressed in white. The scrambled eggs looked like they were powdered eggs. Really bad. I booked five nights with breakfast. Big mistake. All I ate was cold boiled eggs and a little of the three cereals that was available. Pool was nice and the cleaning and reception staff were great
