Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, Singapore

I have been meaning to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for a long time, and I am finally doing so now. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, and their flexibility and consideration towards the guests were truly impressive. |In particular, Samy and Julius were exceptionally kind during my stay. They not only took great care of me during breakfast but also provided wonderful service during the evening cocktail hours. I visited Singapore for a nostalgic solo trip, and thanks to the warm hospitality of the hotel, I felt as comfortable as if I were at home. Thank you so much. I plan to stay here again next time.

All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating like Julius and Shali however Samy truly is one in a million. He had us feel so welcome and he always went above and beyond for us and all other residents. Samy deserves recognition for his true dedication to the brand and reputation of the hotel. He filled us with knowledge, was very attentive and genuinely one of the nicest and caring people we have ever met. |We cannot wait to return to Singapore from London and see Samy again. We hope when we do he is in a higher position as his work ethic and hospitality experience is exemplary.

Pleasantly surprised by the excellent service despite the crowd in the club lounge. I would rate their service on par as a top class hotel. Efficient and quick to offer refill. I wish to add, their service recovery is excellent, even for a minor fault.

Clean and spacious hotelCleanliness:- In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly carpeted and clean. Amenities:- Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow.- Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games.- The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the balcony.- The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed.- The shower area is very clean.- Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default.There is a sheltered carpark within the hotel but not stroller-friendly. On the overall, I will definitely come back again. Very affordable rates for a well-known hotel.

Generous sized rooms, well presented, older style but very comfy. Lovely fluffy towels (always a good indicator). Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and courteous. Breakfast “ok,” Bus to airport across from across the road S$3 door to door. Takes a bit longer but 1/10 th price of taxi and simpler than train and almost no walking with bags.

I would love to give 100 out of 10 for experience at club lounge especially for Jea, Julius, Samy's service and friendships. ||I drop to point to other part of hotel facilities (electrical breakdown) , breakfast (not much choice), and 1st floor staff, i didn't expect staff to have a video call on speaker walking and in elevator. Moreover, over take the queue in 5 star hotel.

We had a 2D1N stay. It was conveniently situated along Orchard Road thus easy to walk around. ||Queen size bed was a bit squeeze for 2 adults and 1 child as King size bed not available.

The gym, though on the smaller side, is equipped with the essential workout machines and equipment. It provides a functional space for a quick workout session but might not cater to those looking for a more extensive gym experience. While room space and breakfast variety could be enhanced, the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient base for both leisure and business travelers.
