Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, Singapore

Fantastic location and very cozy room but toilet q bit dated looking. Was reasonably priced although during festive season. Located near restaurants at quiet part of orchard road so you dont feel overwhelmed by the festive crowd. Nice homely teochew restaurant right below too. Was a lovely staycay for us!

Had a 3D2N staycation with 3 rooms and the staff was kind to arrange all on the same floor. Love the convenience of 4-5 restaurants within hotel, super convenient for my elderly parents. Good value for money, saved by awesome service of a few great staff.

The location is good, just around 10- 15 mins walk to orchard ion, takashimaya etc Stayed in club room entitled us to 4pm late check out & club lounge access. Staff are very friendly. Especially thanks to Dixon, Samy & another lady who served us at the club lounge, they are very helpful & being flexible for our special request. Cocktail session served with light bites such as pizza, chicken cubes with satay sauce, kale salad and etc. Good enough to fill our stomach. Love the super food Kale, I had 2 bowls of it 😋 Breakfast with limited selection but foods are delicious. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The location is exceptional. Staff are so friendly. The room was gigantic! Everything was great except for the AC. What is wrong with your AC? I adjusted to 30 degree and it was still so chilling.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms. The staffs are courteous too. They have 3 restaurants which serve 3 different cuisines. The food was great. The rooms were small but for a solo traveller it was more than needed. This hotel stands tall at the entrance of one of the most posh areas of the city. Recommended.

Updating my review after receiving clarification from the hotel. Our initial disappointment came from how the check-in situation was handled by the a male staff whose tone and approach felt unnecessarily curt. That first interaction set a poor impression. However, Clyde later clarified the hotel’s identification policy professionally, and after rechecking the Agoda booking process myself, indeed physical ID requirement stated under the property policies. With that understanding, it’s only fair to update my review. That aside, the room was awesome, the location was perfect, and we had no other negative experiences during our stay. We’re actually quite happy with how things turned out overall. We appreciate the management’s response and hope this feedback helps strengthen future guest interactions.

Very friendly and efficient Reception staff. Excellent room very comfortable. Really appreciated the swimming pool facilities too. Breakfast was one of the most varied menus we have ever encountered…outstanding
