Highly recommended .superb service All the staff and crew are really nice We held our Elementary Reuion yesterday Nov 22. The staff helped us since the start and never left us until we finished the activity. All of them are really a big help. The food is delicious and overflowing coffee is free. What a day. A big big thanks to all the staff of Orchid Garden Hotel .this is my second time to booked an activity in your hotel and you never failed us .God bless

Our first room had the shower plenty of mould so we asked for another room. The second one smelt not very clean and the blankets were very old with holes. The hotel looked nice at the reception but the rooms are very old, we decided to look for another hotel even with 2 nights payed. The personal was very nice and kind but the hotel needs renovations or a deep clean.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious—my mother and my niece really enjoyed their orders. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the only issues we encountered were with the flush in the bathroom and the aircon, which was a little noisy but still tolerable. I also didn’t go swimming because the pool water was too cold for me.Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and if we need to stay in the Taft area again, we would be happy to go back to Orchid Garden.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with toiletries. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The view from the window added a nice touch. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

"A Hidden Treasure at the Heart of the City." Very lovely place. Food is great too! Staff is very cordial (entertaining phone-in inquries to actual room requests).

The rooms are clean but outdated. The air conditioning was too loud. We requested to change rooms on our 2nd day, but it was still the same. The shampoo and body wash were not refilled prior to our stay. The towel rack on the wall was defective. It broke off when i was placing my towel and the metal fell on my foot. The staff were great and attentive. Location was walking distance to ninoy aquino stadium.

This used to be a luxurious hotel, but the rooms are a bit tired now. The room has a rather old, noisy air conditioner, and there are no outlets near the bed. The bed linens are clean, but also seem dated. There are shops and a metro station nearby. Overall, it's okay for a one-night stay.

We stayed at Orchid Garden and Suites for a meeting. The place itself has a cozy charm, but the rooms could use a bit of refurbishing. We noticed a few “German” cockroaches and the air conditioners were a little noisy.||||That said, the service truly stood out; the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making us feel well taken care of and almost making us forget the flaws. Their hospitality really elevates the experience.||||I would still recommend this place for its warm service and comfortable vibe, but I do hope to see the rooms updated soon.

Yelp
I love Century Park Hotel, all the way back from their Sheraton and All Nippon Airways days. The Café in the Park buffet serves a wide selection of delicious fusion food, from Chinese, American and Filipino Cuisine. Breakfast buffet is at 6:00 to 10:00 am, Lunch buffer is from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Dinner buffet is at 6:00 to 10:00 pm. They also have ala carte food items. The manager, Ms. Jeng was awesome! She is kind and accomodating and made sure our stay was special. The coffee shop is located in the beautiful lobby of the Century Park Hotel at P. Ocampo Street, Manila, Philippines. The hotel rooms are clean, beautiful views from the room, nice amenities and well maintained. The hotel have a gym, and outdoor swimming pool, Atrium Lounge, Café in the Park Coffee Shop, Tsujiki Japanese Restautant, a rooftop bar named Top Of The Century where you have a gorgeous view of Manila at night. Great service, nice facilities, good location and luxurious ambiance! Check it out!

Yelp
Staffs were welcoming, hospitable and polite. Rated 4 star since hotel has the vibe of a 80-90's luxury hotel and as time goes by the room ages are shown by multiple fading of paint, dent marks and the vibes of an old holtel.

Yelp
Stayed here for a layover complimentary from Philippine Airlines since we missed our connecting flight (There was 2 full buses of passengers). Aside from the free rooms, we also got free breakfast buffets! The flight attendant said that this was a 5 star hotel, but I thought otherwise. It was a medium sized hotel with sufficient amenities. However it was a smoke friendly hotel. The halls were lingering of the smoke and it was horrible. The shower water didn't go hot even after waiting couple of minutes for it to change temperatures. Other than that the breakfast buffet was great! Almost better than some breakfast buffets I had in Las Vegas! Plus it was way cheaper if you convert the Pesos to USD. The staff at the hotel were accommodating and welcoming. The location is great too. Near the Mall of Asia! For a one night stay, overall it was okay. It beats staying at the airport overnight.

Yelp
The staffs are the best. Bell service is phenomenal. Check in staffs are great, the check in was so fast, they're courteous. The hotel is under construction on some parts, clean and organized, nevertheless.

Yelp
This is where my bother stayed all 4 weekends of November for his Bar Exam. I stayed with him to be his human clock and to make sure that he was studying! The staff were very accommodating and fast and the rooms were very spacious. They gave us a room with the pool view and a veranda that is permanently locked (which I guess was for our safety). Although the room seems a bit aged, the rooms we stayed in were comfortable. Air-conditioning was very cold, we had a comfortable bed and a flat screen TV with cable. If you're staying here, make sure to book in the newly renovated floors (the front desk will let you know). They're a bit pricier, but the price difference is well-worth the convenience and updated room amenities (aka the bathroom). I also asked for a late check out and it was granted every time. The only downside is the area behind the hotel (Harrison Plaza parking lot). It's a bit unsafe to walk there during the night because there are people squating there. Guests can park for free, though. The hotel is in a very good location if you plan to stay in the heart of Manila. :)
