Location: easy to spot, just in front of Century Park Hotel. Kind of away from cheap options for food like fastfood or cheaper dine-in options while some 7/11s are a few blocks away. (3/5)
Interior/Exterior: definitely a product of artdeco architecture. Some of its interiors especially the hallways, reception and restos retained the classic atmosphere such as furnitures, tiles, ceilings, lighting etc. Exteriors are fully scaed with plants and trees which is a plus for the exteriors. (4/5)
Booking: easily booked for reservation on their website. All things mentioned on the rooms may not be working properly on-site. Had a very early booking for a twin room, unfortunately, upon checking-in, we were told that only queen size bed for the twin room is the only option left due to the 'fully-booked' policy. There should be an option of queen-size bed or 2 twin-size bed room on the booking website. (1/5)
Amenities: Has only few options to go around the hotel such as the mini-swimming pool, resto & cafe. Unfortunately, the roof garden is reserved for penthouse room guests only. Free breakfast is great, not a lot of options but just right to make you full in the morning. (3/5)
Service: frontdesk are accomodating, however, they may forget about you after making you wait. They tend to your request but of course, not all but, everything may come at a price. Employees greets you everytime. (3.7/5)
Room: thoroughly cleaned and air conditioned. Everything worked except the TV, wifi is too slow and sometimes might not work at all. Only 1 chair provided for a 2-person room. Safe is available but rentable (not mentioned at the website). Toilets and baath works just fine. View is excellent (we stayed at the last floor), unfortunately a balcony would have been better, not just a wide picture window. AC is too noisy. (3/5)
Overall: not a cheap option for hotels in Pasay, but, not sure if coming back after the denial of request to have a twin-bed room (2-bed). Take note not all 2-person booking are partners, some may just be acquaintances or travel buddies. (3/5)
