Orchid Hotel

We stayed upstairs on the fifth floor, the room was spotless, cosy and comfortable. Really friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Can get a little noisy outside, as the neighbourhood is busy, but didnt have any bother in our room, which was quiet enough, so this hotel is a really good deal and excellent place to stay.

Customer service was amazing. We arrived well before our check in and the staff accommodated us without any problems.|The staff arranged tours for us in a private car, as well as a private car transfer from Hue to Hoi An. Our driver, Paul, did an outstanding job getting us to our new location, with stops along the way to see some of the sights.||Our room was located at the rear of the building, so it was very quiet, even with the bustling walking street activity out front.

Staff wasn’t helpful. A lot of stairs, but they didn’t help carry the luggages. They turned off the light in the hallway every night. It’s hard and feel unsafe to get in the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was amazing. The room was very nice. Very convenient location, but a little noisy in the streets. Overall top notch. Cảm ơn!

We just stayed here for 2 nights on our annual travel - for- Hue’s food trip and we were very happy with our hotel’s choice. Great value, clean and super nice staff especially Chi. They made this a stand out in an area with many choices.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Linda and Tyna, as we had most contact with them. Room was ok, but not new, towels were replaced daily. AC was working. Breakfasts werequite good, but dining area was a little bit small. Unfortunately there was no feeding chair for kids.||After we left hotel and moved on with our trip, we've left soft toy in a room and staff was kind to send it to our next hotel stay. Thank you very much. :)

Stayed couple of nights. The room (701) was huge! Very clean and very comfortable bed. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is a bit old and run down. Very good location as you are close to bars, restaurants, the walking street and can easily walk to the river and the Citadel. Breakfast was basic but you can get hot food cooked at the moment, which was good.

They welcomed us with warmth, professionalism and very good English, attentive to our needs, they were so willing to help! We were served fresh fruits and juice as we arrived! This hotel is very well situated, walking distance to many restaurants and shops You can rent a scooter for a very reasonable price. The room is very clean, nice and comfortable! The breakfast was great! And we could order as much as we wanted! Fresh delicious fruits and very good homemade yogurt! I highly recommend this place!! We have been in many hotels in Vietnam and this one is the top one for many reasons!
