Orchid Hotel

They welcomed us with warmth, professionalism and very good English, attentive to our needs, they were so willing to help! We were served fresh fruits and juice as we arrived! This hotel is very well situated, walking distance to many restaurants and shops You can rent a scooter for a very reasonable price. The room is very clean, nice and comfortable! The breakfast was great! And we could order as much as we wanted! Fresh delicious fruits and very good homemade yogurt! I highly recommend this place!! We have been in many hotels in Vietnam and this one is the top one for many reasons!

Im glad I stayed in this hotel from the moment you stepped in thet door you are welcome with a friendly staff with a freshly squeezed juice & fresh fruit on your arrival. The Hotel is situated close to all restaurants, bars and Cafe ATM machine it's also close to all the attractions. The room are very spacious and very clean with a nice touch of amenities and available mini bar breakfast is also included. The bed was big and comfortable which I really enjoyed and had a good sleep. The staff is amazing they will go above and beyond with everything thanks to Sunny, Tina, Jhon,Ruby & Emma for making my stay enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend Orchid Hotel if your are visiting HUE the price point is very good and affordable.

Let me start of with the fantastic staff. The friendlies and most helpful I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Breakfast is a wide and varied menu and the cook will do all to accommodate special requests. Our room was nice and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. There is one setback to this area though. There are night clubs that play exceptionally loud music all night and some times until way past sunrise. The hotel did supply ear plugs. Lol

A nice central hotel in Hue. I had booked a superior room after moving in I immediately complained about the "beautiful view" of a concrete wall through the window and were upgraded to a large suite on the top floor at no extra charge. That was very nice. The suite is very large and comfortable and has everything you need. The staff especially (Sunny and John) are very nice and even try to give you recommendations for the day's program. The breakfast is also very good. The welcome with fruit and a drink is also great. The suitcases are carried to the room and you are given a brief introduction to the city.

Orchid Hotel, 3 night stay (7-10 Dec). After a 15-hour bus journey we appreciated the complimentary fruit and early check-in. The room surpassed our expectations, the staff were obliging and friendly and breakfast was exceptional. Jane and I recommend the Orchid visiting Hue.

The rooms are clean and affordable. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful - Emma and Tina and Sunny and really all the others were so kind. They supported us planning our time in Hué and can provide bycicles if needed. Thank you very much! |

Very good hotel in the heart of Hue Very welcoming staff and ready to help us! Emma even booked our plane tickets for our next destination. Sunny also gave us a lot of advice for visiting the city and did not fail to give us a juice when we were waiting more than 5 minutes in the reception. Also, the breakfast was good and generous. I highly recommend this hotel
