Orchid Hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Linda and Tyna, as we had most contact with them. Room was ok, but not new, towels were replaced daily. AC was working. Breakfasts werequite good, but dining area was a little bit small. Unfortunately there was no feeding chair for kids.||After we left hotel and moved on with our trip, we've left soft toy in a room and staff was kind to send it to our next hotel stay. Thank you very much. :)

Super friendly staff, very warm welcome from front desk ladies to the people who serve breakfast every morning, they’re so nice and helpful. The Hotel right in very Convenient location, walking streets in the front of the hotel, delicious street foods everywhere, perfect for young people and family. We enjoyed staying here and definitely come back in the future.

Stayed couple of nights. The room (701) was huge! Very clean and very comfortable bed. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is a bit old and run down. Very good location as you are close to bars, restaurants, the walking street and can easily walk to the river and the Citadel. Breakfast was basic but you can get hot food cooked at the moment, which was good.

My husband and I chose this hotel to enjoy the night life at a walking distance pace. The hotel besides convenient was affordable, convenient and very clean. Sunny and Linda made our experience perfect. These ladies are amazing, friendly, professional and nice

We had such a wonderful stay at the Orchid Hotel in Hue! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. We even stayed another night! We’re so grateful for their warm hospitality and the lovely experience they gave us. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were very nice. I especially loved the mattress. It was the best I have experienced in Vietnam. |The staff was very friendly. Elena was the best host/receptionist/ concierge. She was most helpful in finding great places to eat and things to do and see.

We stayed in Hue for 2 nights on the passing the service and the welcome was great. Suni the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful, recommending restaurants for dinner and telling us good places to visit. My partner fell ill during the night so we had to cancel our organised tour the next morning, but when I got down to get some breakfast she was so caring for my partner and asked if there's anything she could do, I only asked for a couple of slices of toast for her and she was more than happy to comply. The room of the hotel was dated, average at best, the windows were white on the outside from fumes or smog... but the room was clean so can't really complain. Breakfast was not good but the overall experience from staff service was top class.

Everything was good. Thanks again for the lovely experience. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways and the breakfasts are very good. It is located in a very good location . The swimming pool is very good and the bedrooms are very good, youtube.com on the tv is a great idea
