Orchid Hotel

Super friendly staff, very warm welcome from front desk ladies to the people who serve breakfast every morning, they’re so nice and helpful. The Hotel right in very Convenient location, walking streets in the front of the hotel, delicious street foods everywhere, perfect for young people and family. We enjoyed staying here and definitely come back in the future.

My husband and I chose this hotel to enjoy the night life at a walking distance pace. The hotel besides convenient was affordable, convenient and very clean. Sunny and Linda made our experience perfect. These ladies are amazing, friendly, professional and nice

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Linda and Tyna, as we had most contact with them. Room was ok, but not new, towels were replaced daily. AC was working. Breakfasts werequite good, but dining area was a little bit small. Unfortunately there was no feeding chair for kids.||After we left hotel and moved on with our trip, we've left soft toy in a room and staff was kind to send it to our next hotel stay. Thank you very much. :)

Everything was good. Thanks again for the lovely experience. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways and the breakfasts are very good. It is located in a very good location . The swimming pool is very good and the bedrooms are very good, youtube.com on the tv is a great idea

We had such a wonderful stay at the Orchid Hotel in Hue! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. We even stayed another night! We’re so grateful for their warm hospitality and the lovely experience they gave us. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were very nice. I especially loved the mattress. It was the best I have experienced in Vietnam. |The staff was very friendly. Elena was the best host/receptionist/ concierge. She was most helpful in finding great places to eat and things to do and see.

They welcomed us with warmth, professionalism and very good English, attentive to our needs, they were so willing to help! We were served fresh fruits and juice as we arrived! This hotel is very well situated, walking distance to many restaurants and shops You can rent a scooter for a very reasonable price. The room is very clean, nice and comfortable! The breakfast was great! And we could order as much as we wanted! Fresh delicious fruits and very good homemade yogurt! I highly recommend this place!! We have been in many hotels in Vietnam and this one is the top one for many reasons!
