This is a setting that is not possible to duplicate. You have the island tradewind breezes. There is the sound and smell of the ocean yards away. Tree framed views of vessels and people in the water, and a picture postcard profile view of Diamond Head across the way. Reason enough to come.
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and a weekend or holiday brunch. Breakfast and lunch are just okay. The dishes sometimes seem to ambitious and out of place. Afternoon tea is wonderful, if you shoosh away the persistent sparrows. Dinner, when the sun is going down is a wonderful setting. Brunch, the best in Honolulu, is what you want to experience.

Tokyo influenced Sushi, Nigiri: Ahi, salmon, hamachi, ebi, ika nigiri. Spicy ahi, salmon skin, California handrolls. Stuffed inari, including salmon and ikura, snob crab, mushrooms, konbu. Soba w condiments. Crudites.
Ramen Bar: Kotteri chicken shoyu, fish based yuzu shio, vegetarian broths + simmered catch of the day.
Omelette Station: eggs served up, over, scrambled, and as an omelette w almost anything available on the buffet possible to add in.
Chef's Carving Stations: Waimanalo suckling pig, Prime Rib w Yorkshire Pudding, Leg of Lamb, Sage Roasted Turkey, Roasted Beef Brisket, Chimichurri Beef Flank, a cooked Seafood Medley of clams, mussels, crawfish shrimp, snow crab. All the expected fixings and sauces present.
Available by request: Classic Eggs Benedict, chilled Fruit and hot Portugese Bean soups, rice, Belgian Waffles, Buttermilk Pancakes.
