They have a very good concept for their wine tasting: each glass is numbered, and a printed sheet provides detailed descriptions of the wines. The wines themselves are of good quality, and the selection is excellent.
However, the service could be improved. They served three glasses first and then the remaining three later, but the second set was brought out in the middle of tasting the first three, without giving me enough time to finish them at my own pace.
Additionally, although they offer two food options, no one asked us what we would like to order. Finally, despite trying three different tasting sets and purchasing wine to take home, there was no small gesture, gift, or token of appreciation—something that many other wineries in Greece typically provide and that adds a nice touch to the overall experience.
