Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals

Just finished a wonderful experience at a vacation property rented through Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals. I spoke with Lidia during my planning, described the kind of house we wanted, and she recommended the beach house at spirit cove. It was perfect for our needs and a lovely place to spend a week. The house is located right on a beautiful and uncrowded beach, and oriented so that the ocean and beach can be seen from all but one of the rooms. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was stocked various necessities so we didn't have to worry about buying those. Lidia responded quickly to a couple of questions we had about the place during our stay. I just received my security deposit refund in the mail, less than one week after our stay ended. A very positive experience from beginning to end.

Because I left an honest review of a property they manage, the owner left me a dishonest and negative review - totally unprofessional. She was extremely pleased with us until I left my review. The day after I posted my review, she said we were unclean and didn’t follow the rules - total fabrication. They only manage a few properties through VRBO, but I would keep both eyes open if you choose to deal with this woman. I would not deal with her again.

There is a reason this company has a poor rating its not the propertys its the lady who runs the company Lidia. Do not rent from her company.... I stayed at a property on the beach with this company the plumbing was being worked on out at the street WHICH SHE DID NOT DISCLOSE TO ME. I had 12 family members at the home (Which the the property allowed for) plumbing backed up I had to pay for my guest to stay at a hotel the last 3 days we were there she would not reimburse me and then tryed to sue me for backing up the system my attorney had to put her in her place DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

Oregon Coast Vacation Rentals (OCVR) offers a variety of ocean front or ocean view homes for rent. Our contact was Lidia Donnelly, the owner of OCVR, who guided us to a gorgeous ocean front home with spectacular ocean views at a resonable price. First, dealing with Lidia was a pleasure. She listened to our needs and found us the perfect house. We were suprised to find welcoming flowers among other amenities when we arrived. The house we stayed in, Bigadune, is beautiful with parallel widows providing a panoramic view of the ocean. It has a private walkway to the beach, which gave us easy access. It also has it's own garage, useful for rainy days. We were really happy to find a spacious kitchen completey stocked with all sorts of kitchen utensils. In short it was a great place to stay. Lidia owns a ranch up the Rogue River, and has houses on her ranch for rent. If you're interested in hiking this would be a good place to go. While we didn't hike, that area in the moutains up river was a beautiful place to see, and the ranch has a lot of wildlife to see.
