So I visited here to celebrate a birthday. And the service and the food were top notch. We got steak half medium done and the other half medium well done and it was cooked to perfection. We got some drinks as well. Overall it was a lovely experience, the ambience, the food, the interiors and the service. We really enjoyed our experience there and will definitely be going back. The waiters were super educated and well trained about their menu and the restaurant gave us their most expensive dessert comparatively to the others on the house, when I had just asked them to just put a candle on any dessert. They didn’t have to but they did, which I really appreciate. We had an absolutely great time.

I had a fantastic experience at the steak bar! Everything from start to finish was delicious and satisfying. I started with the pumpkin soup, which was perfectly creamy and full of rich, comforting flavor. The salad was fresh and crisp—an ideal light start to the meal. For the main course, I tried both the medal meat and the porterhouse steak. The medals were tender, juicy, and cooked just right, while the porterhouse was a true highlight—perfectly grilled with a rich flavor. You can really tell the quality of the meat and the skill of the chef. Highly recommend this place if you’re a steak lover or just looking for a great dining experience!

Excellent, organic restaurant. We arrived very hungry and ordered a variety of dishes. Everything was delicious! The prices are not cheap compared to Tbilisi, but we had a great time. The service is kind and tolerant. Pleasant atmosphere.

A higher-end restaurant compared to others in the area. Service was quick and friendly, and the waitstaff spoke English very well. I ordered the lavender creme brulee with lemon sorbet and a jasmine tea. The dessert was delicious! You can really taste the lavender, and breaking through the caramelized top with a spoon was oddly satisfying. It reminded me of cracking fresh ice on puddles during early winter mornings. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I’d definitely come back for a full meal. My only downside was the interior design. As a vegetarian, I didn’t enjoy seeing posters featuring meat all over the place especially since the restaurant clearly caters to vegetarians as well. I did appreciate that vegetarian dishes are clearly marked with a green leaf icon on the menu, which made them easy to find. That’s why the meat-heavy decor felt a bit out of place to me.

Amazing Georgian restaurant with plenty of options, romantic/chill ambiance, and friendly knowledgeable staff! Dining area was available both indoors and outdoors. We (a group of 6) had: - 🥩 Ribeye steak - 🥩 Tenderloin steak - 🍖 BBQ pork ribs (500g) - 🐟 Trout steak (350g) - 🥩Beef Carpaccio - 🥗Parma, Blue Cheese, Plum - 🍅 🧀 Tomato, Cheese, Basil And more! Jino, our wait staff, gave us great recommendations for food and Georgian wine.

After a couple of months in Tbilisi, I was looking for a beef tartar and pork ribs. Organique Josper has both dishes, and I tried them today. The beef tartar is hand cutted and with all the indigridiences you expect and need to make it delicious, and it it very tasty! The pork ribs are the best I ever eat, not only in Tbilisi! The service is excellent too, special thanks to Levani for the outstanding service!

I would like to thank you guys for making our dinner memorable and superb! The food is incredible … I personally like the grill Pork, Tomatoes with Cheese & home made Nachos + Dip , and I must say the staff are really attentive , hospitable and keen to details when presenting the food in our table. Thank you Jhokav for a wonderful service ! We will definitely be back again next time we visit Georgia and we will recommend your Restaurant to our friends & family.

Based on another review I stopped by for lunch and ordered the bbq pork ribs and they were fantastic. The waiter gave me the option of a smaller portion as I am a single diner and I accepted. After thoroughly enjoying my meal while watching the world wander by, you can imagine my surprise when the bill arrived as 2 ribs (over half of each was inedible due to the fat) were 57GEL (US$ 21.19)!!! That is US$ 10 per rib!! The grilled potatoes were yummy as was the homemade chips and salsa that they provided while waiting on my meal. Service was attentive. There is comfortable outdoor/indoor seating as well as nonsmoking/smoking sections in the outside seating area. I do recommend and caution you to expect and higher bill.
