Hidden in a little alley but close to subway station & walking distance to Myeongdong; friendly staff; gym is well-equipped and big (open 24/7); tennis academy right next door; very good water pressure; rooms are big incl. kitchen & washing machine but may need some renovation, especially the bathroom; cleanliness could be improved; pillows to hard for my taste

location was quite remote & difficult to navigate especially at night, would have appreciated for more directions to the main entrance of the hotel. there was also shockingly no aircon, we were here in May, and was only provided with a standing fan & dyson air purifier. the bedroom slippers & floor also felt sandy for some reason, not too sure if there was any thorough cleaning beforehand. definitely can find somewhere better with this price point, would not recommend.

I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, nice air conditioning and air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.

Love this accommodation and its convenient location. Walking distance to Chungmuro subway station and Myeondong shopping / market.This place is next to Seoul tower. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely book again.

We stayed for two weeks in a family room at Oriens Hotel & Residence in June and had an overall pleasant experience. We traveled as a family with a small child, so the spacious room with a kitchen was very convenient. The staff was really kind and helpful. We received a 500ml water bottle per person daily, clean large towels, and regular trash removal. The bathroom had strong water pressure and hot water, and the room had a washer-dryer combo (clothes weren’t fully dry but dried quickly on the provided drying rack). The kitchen was equipped with cookware, utensils, a sponge, dish soap, and a large fridge with freezer. Although the air conditioner looked old, it cooled the room fast (a bit too much for overnight use), and there were also two fans. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has smoking areas at both entrances. However, the bathroom clearly needs renovation—the cabinet was water-damaged and dirty. The kitchen cupboards could’ve been cleaner, and one bed’s headboard had a large stain. Despite mosquito nets, some mosquitoes still got in, which was uncomfortable at night. The hotel is easiest to access from Chungmuro Station or via airport limousine bus (G3 Hotel/Namsan Hanok Village stop). Despite minor flaws, we recommend this hotel for families looking for a central and well-equipped place to stay in Seoul.

Spacious room, clean, convenient location, close to metro and Myeongdong shopping district. Good and 24 hour front desk service.There is washing machine in the room but need to buy washing detergent from front desk, but only 500 won per wash.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. The separate bedroom with 2 single beds was useful for my teenage sons who wanted their own space. It was well equipped with microwave, utensils, washing machine. You can cook but we didn't use it. The location is fantastic, 5-10 mins walk to Myeongdong, 5-10 mins walk to Chungmuro station with lots of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores nearby. It also overlooks Namsan Park/tower. Price was very reasonable especially if you book early. The only downside is if you are coming by taxi, it is a bit difficult to drive to the entrance through the main street in heavy Seoul traffic. The taxi driver who was quite experienced, let us alight about 100 m away (at the foot of the hill where the hotel is located) to avoid going one big round to the entrance. Highly recommended for families who need more space!
