The room ( three beds bedroom) very nice — a little stuffy at times, but very well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a small kitchen and a fridge. Housekeeping came every day, providing fresh water bottles and clean towels. Everything was tidy and well maintained. What really stood out to me was the front desk staff, Ben Koo. He’s a polite, attentive young man who wears glasses, and his service was exceptional. When we called an Uber XL to go to the airport, our luggage didn’t fit in the car. Even though we had already checked out, Ben came over to help us move our heavy bags and communicate with the driver. He’s quite slim, but he still went out of his way to lift and arrange our 25 kg suitcases so everything could fit. We were really touched by his kindness and professionalism. With employees like Ben, this hotel is truly fortunate. We’ll definitely recommend this place to others, and we wish him all the best!

out of all of the hotels that we booked in Korea, I would say that this was my favorite because the bathroom was spacious. The room itself is spacious and it provided a washer as well as AC fans. I would definitely come back to this place. It is a little bit of a walk from myeondong however it was OK because there were also some local spots nearby that we got to try such as the café nearby. we did go to this hotel during the holiday time in October so not a lot was open, but we were still able to have a good experience. overall, I will definitely come back to this hotel. It definitely helps to have a washing machine with us since the last hotel was a bit of a pain when it came to washing our clothes.

Room was worth for the price, big living room with two appropriate sized rooms, a kitchen and one toilet. Location was really close to myeongdong as well, around 10 minutes walk! The counter receptionists were friendly as well, I got no complaints at all. Overall, if you guys are coming in a family, this is a suitable hotel option for you all. 

GREAT location, close to many different areas and sites. The level 1 door much easier to get out to the station. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is nice, clean, smells pleasant, shower works. Pretty happy overall.

Room is big, bed is comfy. But no aircond, only got fan, so we open windows when sleeping because a bit stuffy. Location a bit distant from myeongdong street but quiet for stay. Need to stand on bathtub for shower, and require to separate the trash.

Hotel is a bit remote from the town, although the 4 subway is not too far off. The facilities are OK, but not great. Small room eith as well old small bathroom with a strange layout. There is no place for shampoo, etc, near the shower. Therefore, it was put on a shelf. The bed is queen size but too small for Europeans, and in addition, it is uncomfortable.

Hidden in a little alley but close to subway station & walking distance to Myeongdong; friendly staff; gym is well-equipped and big (open 24/7); tennis academy right next door; very good water pressure; rooms are big incl. kitchen & washing machine but may need some renovation, especially the bathroom; cleanliness could be improved; pillows to hard for my taste

I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, nice air conditioning and air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.
